The KING SUITE bed was🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥.......stayed at suites at Hilton garden BUT these suites are HUGE!!!!.....excited to get my Rewards points to earn a free Suite!!!!......you guys just gained a Lifetime customer!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

There was mix up at the counter that caused us to be at the counter checking in for @45min which had me very irritated to say the least!......the wrong customer was checked into my Room!.....all this on my birthday?....which is why I had the suite to Celebrate!.....eventually the customer had to be removed so that WE could check in!.....I Almost filed a complaint and asked for Refund but didnt!.....my check in should Never Eva take this Long!!! .that i wasn't prepared for!.....sheeshhhhh!!!!...Smh

By ice machine and was disruptive when in use. Could here people next door.

Check in had some problems: attendant booked twice, upon arrival attendant needed to cancel one of them as was an entry error, but was receiving higher rate as Wyndham rewards number and actual date reserved didn’t afford lower rate. Now not sure due to cancellations and rescheduled if will qualify as next visit booked after registration git bonus points. I believe may be resolved. I will know when see my credit card bill and if still receive 3,000 bonus points with this last stay.

The room was clean, which is important when there are communicable diseases about, i felt confident our health was being taken into consideration when preparing the room for our stay. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets were warm. The Air conditioner kept the room just right. Internet was a touch slow but strong. It was easy to find a floor outlet for our dog's fountain water bowl (we're one of those puppy parents.) Fantastic location for food, and there was even an overnight vet in town for when our dog got sick (though that's a review for a different cite.)

A bit of dust in the corners but i'm struggling to find any real complaints. Like most hotels the pool wasn't open and the hallways were a bit loud now and then. Tv was in great shape but it took a bit of trial and error to figure out that the cable wasnt out, we just didnt get some channels. Breakfast is short though, we were not able to partake because we were stuck at the emergency vet clinic but we could smell the waffle batter when we came in.

This is our fourth documented stay here at La Quinta with our pet. The pet area is Clean, Spacious, and stocked with waste bags and disposal receptacles. The lobby of the hotel is open and bright. Attendants at both check-in and being available for information were very helpful. The breakfast area was very clean, and it looked well stocked with the basic breakfast items. Our room was spacious enough to move around with a larger pet. Beds were comfortable. The mini fridge worked well, as did the ice box section of it. AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Bathroom was very clean and stocked with the basic complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

The room we had was on the second floor. Traveling with a pet, I had requested a first-floor room in advance (a couple of weeks) but was unable to obtain one. I did inquire at the front desk and was informed by the attendant that the rooms fill up early, which is understandable.

THE LOCATION OF THE OF THE HOTEL, THE HOTEL AND IT'S MANAGEMENT WERE GREAT . THE BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST THAT I'VE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL , I HAVE ONE MINOR COMPLAINT, I DON'T FEEL THAT SALT SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE EGGS WHILE PREPARING IT . IT WAS STILL AN EXCELLENT BREAKFAST !!

I WANTED TO STAY AN EXTRA DAY AND BECAUSE I BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM , I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE BOOKING PROCESS AGAIN . I FELT THAT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE DIFFERENTLY . I WAS ATTENDING MY SISTER'S FUNERAL .

Motorcycle group stayed at the facility at the same time. Loud talking, music, and reving of engines until almost 4:00 in the morning. People should be made aware of events like this so other arrangements can be made to stay elsewhere when there’s a group of this size staying. The hotel knew in advance. I paid $184 to listen to motorcycles all night long and get relatively no sleep after driving for 14 hours the day before.

The staff at this hotel are amazing and super friendly. They want to make sure your stay is pleasant and will bend over backwards to give guests whatever they need. The breakfast was good. Wish they served bacon along with sausage!

The walls are very thin. Some guests came back to the hotel late while others were sleeping and making a bunch of noise! The train tracks are close by the hotel so getting woken up in the middle of the night hearing train whistles was not pleasant!

This is our go-to stop at least four times a year. This day, after traveling 13 hours, I learned that I inadvertently booked the wrong days! This could have been a disaster but for Carlton coming to the rescue. He was able to quickly correct my error and put us into a pet-friendly room. Thank you so much, Carlton! Awesome, personable customer service!

There is nothing to not like. This was another comfortable night's stay.

we stop here on our way to FL and on our way back. very convenient to I95 it’s clean and comfortable and staff is always welcoming especially the man at the desk who checks us in. he always greets us with a smile. happy we found this dog friendly hotel. a light breakfast is available…coffee juice, waffles, egg n cheese, cereal, yogurt n pastries

Front desk Mgr "Kat" goes above and beyond to courtesly greet me when I arrive and work diligently to get room location necessary for the Mrs.and service dog. Ms Kat needs a raise & recognition for her hard work!!!

Pool was closed for season. Although I don't want to swim necessarily, I do enjoy a good cigar in a comfortable quiet location (pool are is the only real are to do that )
