Comfort Inn & Suites

Property is conveniently located less than 5 minutes off the interstate and is close to other hotels, retail stores and restaurants. Perfect place to stop if you’re traveling along 95. Staff is very friendly. I stayed here about 5 months ago and I will say I saw some signs of neglect that should be taken care. Simple things like buffing out or painting over scratches on doors goes a long way in terms of ambience. Hotel is dog friendly and the $50 pet fee is one of the lowest I’ve found. Breakfast is decent, though I find it puzzling that they cut pasties in half. I’ve never seen that done before. Overall a great hotel and will stay again. Tip: there is a wonderful military memorial park right next door. if you have time check it out.

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was nice, with scrambled eggs, ham or sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereals, muffins, and much more! Room super clean and comfy. Loved the lemon water that was provided near the desk downstairs. I know the hotel is dog-friendly, and I love animals, but I never saw or heard one. Parking was adequate and right in front of the hotel..very convenient. Lots of eating places, gas and shopping nearby. Easy access to I-95 and I-20.

This property was by far our favorite over our extensive summer travels. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The property itself is clean and well-appointed. And, the location was perfect for us on the way up North and again on the way back South. And, it's pet-friendly!

The only thing that I could even say negatively about the place are the watery eggs on the breakfast buffet...but, that's a stretch! There is nothing not to like about this property!

wet close to the Florence Center. easy access to lots of shopping and I-95. the air conditioning was very cold. facilities seemed clean overall and the breakfast had a nice selection of items. the offering of iced lemon water 24/7 was a huge plus. It was a refreshing start to the day. pretty quiet overall, and big showers with plenty of hot water.

the pool was closed. someone on our floor was smoking weed, however at other nice hotels in the area we’ve stayed at we’ve found the same issue. perhaps it’s a common thing in this area? the front desk staff could’ve been more professional, as they seemed to be laughing/making fun of my husband and I on several occasions. that made us uncomfortable.

Welcoming property with friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable and beds were comfortable. We were a late arrival so didn't spend any time watching TV but did use the internet for last minute communication with family.

Breakfast was a sad attempt to feed guests. They had run out of meat for the breakfast so it was only biscuits and gravy left besides toast, I ended up with a cup of tea and a yogurt.

Super comfy bed and pillows. Room was clean. Good waffles at breakfast.

Shower seemed slippery when I stepped in. A grab bar would be a nice edition. Breakfast started shutting down by 930. Juice machine turned off at 930 on the dot. Would have been nice if the juice could have been on a tad longer. Another hotel had their breakfast until 10 on the weekends. I think 10 am would be nice.

The room and bathroom facility were spacious. The peephole was in the right location. It was actually the first time I can remember being able to actually use it without having to tiptoe. The comfort of the bed allowed for a good night’s rest. The breakfast was satisfying. The front lobby was inviting.

unfortunately, the location was not ideal for me. This may have been because I I’m not familiar with the area.

Coffee was good. I took a yogurt for my trip. Didn’t have time to stay and eat. The young lady at the front desk when I arrived was really nice I stayed at a comfort inn in Fayetteville last year and it was NOT a good experience. The room had mold growing on things and spots on the carpet. The room smelled bad and was dirty in spots. I sent photos to them and received no reply. But. You’re place was nice, clean and Impressive

I did mention this at the front desk and I wrote a note for the cleaner which I left in the room. The sheet I was sleeping on was pilling, though it’s not the first time I’ve slept on sheets like that. At the desk, on check out, when I mentioned the sheet. She asked me if I called down and asked for the sheets to be changed? I said, No I didn’t, it wasn’t a big deal, but it would be a good idea if you didn’t put them on another bed.

it was a 2 year old newer hotel in Florence, SC. We had myself, daughter, granddaughter (3 y/o) their pup (11 year old pittie) with traveling from FL to PA. Checking in at 2:00 am, after attempting to use Booking.com an hour before arriving, Comfort Inn did not receive the booking. After assuring my cc was not charged for this, I booked directly and all was smooth sailing from there on out!!! Staff was wonderful and very pleasant and accommodating!!! The free hot breakfast was fabulous! Already referred several family members and my daughter and I will surely stay again when in the area!!! Thank you!!!

We all had an enjoyable visit, even though quite a short stay, would definitely recommend to others!!!

Breakfast was fine. Room and facility were excellent. Staff was helpful and efficient.

My only complaint was having to pay extra for our pet. I contacted the booking agency about this and was informed there is a notation on the contract web page. The notation is simply "pets permitted, fees may apply". I had to look for this in a scroll down menu. I wish it was made more visible or prominent since it is a hefty fee ($50) which I did not anticipate. I believe a better job can be done to make customers aware.
