The people that work there is very good.I love the service.

. The cleaning. The room needed to be clean a little better. When I stayed before the room was very clean.

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Though I didn't get a chance to enjoy all the amenities I could see that they were all present. Staff was especially kind and competent, especially Ms. Audrey McKenzie!!! She made us feel like we were royalty!! All the staff were great. One of them brought us replacements batteries for the remote control seconds after we requested them. Breakfast was also a bonus which saved us time and additional money during our short stay.

Trying hard to think of one thing we didn't like and cannot think of one thing!!

I loved staying at the hotel didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. The staff was hospitable and very helpful with information of nearby shopping area and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Everything was likable.

The breakfast choices were plenty. Food was warm so that is good.

The omelette had a funny texture that wasn’t appealing. Also would recommend to remove carpeting in the elevators and rooms because it smelled like a wet dog and someone tried to mask it by deodorizing but sorry to say it still smells! Also removing carpeting makes it more hygienic less allergens for sensitive people and easier to clean and maintain.

I would like to thank Shalonda for letting us have a party for my brother there at the last minute...Thank you YOUR WHOLE STAFF WAS AWESOME BESIDES THAT LITTLE RED HEAD GIRL SHE IS RUDE! But BESIDES that yall you guys keep that place spotless

The breakfast was nice. It was a buffet and hot. Thankful for that as we still had 8 hours to get home. The bed was comfy and it was quiet everywhere we went. It was very clean too.

The staff all seemed to busy talking to themselves. When i went to check out they didn't even acknowledge me at first. Then when one person did she told me the other lady would help me. She never said hello, asked me how my stay was, nothing. She just checked me out and handed me the paper. The night before I came down to buy something out of the shop and I had to say hello twice before anyone came out to help pay.

The breakfast was awesome. The breakfast attendant was very pleasant Mrs. Greene is a valuable asset to this location.

When i arrived my room didn't have a remote and dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. The employees where very helpful the front desk clerk found me a remote.

The room exceeded expectations. Loved the walk-in shower (not in a bathtub). Had a couch and desk for relaxing and working. Kitchen and fridge were very useful. Will stay here again.

Not much to dislike. Website said that staff were required to wear masks. Management needs to tell staff that wearing a mask over the mouth only and not over the nose is not considered wearing mask as we saw at the front desk.

I loved the location, i loved how the hotel allowed people to come in and use the banquet rooms and actually enjoy themselves without the hassle. I love ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, and the front desk clerk Akeem was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Every hotel need an Akeem!!!

There was nothing NOT to like about Homewood Suites.

it’s a favorite location of my girl and i . we feel safe and don’t have much to worry about at homewood

while i was sleeping i felt something bite me. then i immediately got a bump, not sure what bit me, but maybe you guys should call an exterminator out.
