very clean everyone was very helpful would definitely stay there again

The hotel was great. Very clean, no bugs, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed for one night for a ball tournament. Pictures taken after we stayed. Room booked was a king with a sofa bed.(Me, my husband, and two teenagers)

You do have have to pay for breakfast, but we always try to get Chick-fil-A so that wasn't a big deal. It is a little pricey if you have a big family. (One banana was like $2.50)

This is a new property it’s hard to find a hotel near Greenville for an affordable price it’s perfect location about 15 min from downtown Greenville! The pool/outdoor area is very nice! Our room was clean and very cozy! the staff was exceptional! Before departing we decided to have breakfast in their little dining area in the lobby and the food was amazing and the staff member who helped us was working alone that morning but was excellent!! Will be booking here again!

The only thing was our room was out of body wash but we only stayed a night and brought our own!

We liked the location. The king size bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the pool towels always being stocked by the pool.

I know the cleaning people don’t change the seats daily but it would’ve been nice if they had emptied the garbage pails on a daily basis. I had to put my garbage in a plastic bag and place it outside my door for them to pick it up.

Starbucks coffee available in Lobby. The manager was a real hospitality professional.

Pool closed a little early.

I wasn’t impressed by the staff. checking out the lady was incredibly kind to me. I didn’t know but I was having to leave because my son was in the hospital. he does shortly after I arrived at the hospital.

Breakfast had to be purchased- expensive. Bathroom vent not working! Room very nice though. However the sleeper sofa is a chaise with a twin mattress. I think customer should be made aware of that in advertisement. Otherwise very nice and new hotel

The hotel was beautiful and clean. the staff were friendly, helpful, and downright great to converse with! Maria, the bartender/kitchen manager, was a hoot! she was attentive, very social, and made our trip way better! she was the best part of our trip!

the only thing I had an issue with was having to go home!

The hotel was clean and the location was great to downtown Greenville.

Staff was not as friendly as other places but not a problem at all. We got everything that we needed when requested.

The TV wouldn’t work for 2 days. Was not told there was a breakfast available. Not used to being limited to towels, I prefer a new one each day.
