Very clean and modern common areas and room, with a very helpful and friendly staff. I loved having the in-room digital thermostat, and appreciated the variety of pillows.
The desk and chair were incompatible with working ergonomically. The desk/table top was too high relative to the chain, and the chair could not be raised enough to address this. The in-room coffee pot only contained enough supplies for two cups of coffee, even though I was scheduled for a 3 night stay. The automatic blinds, while beautiful, had no instructions for operation - leaving me frustrated with trying to figure out how to have the blackout blinds up and the privacy blinds down.

WE LIKE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION. IT WAS QUIET, FRIENDLY, AND EXCEPTIONAL TO OUR ACCOMMODATION. THE STAFF IS LIKE THE COOLEST PEOPLE ON THE PLANET, IF I COULD GIVE THEM A REWARD I WOULD. THE BEST THING IS THE GYM THEY ACTUALLY HAVE BATTLE ROPES WHICH ARE SO RARE TO FIND AT A HOTEL OR SUITE, AND THAT IS THE BIGGEST THING I LOVE USING DURING MY WORKOUTS. THE BED WAS A 20 STAR, SO SOFT AND PLUSHY AND THE LIVING ROOM WAS A1 SPACEIOUS AND THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE MADE US FEEL MORE AT HOME ESPECIALLY SINCE WE ARE TRUCK DRIVERS, THIS WILL BE A RECAP WHEN WE COME HOME AGAIN FOR SURE.
WE DID NOT LIKE THE SIZE OF THE FRIDGE CAUSE WE LIKE TO COOK AND HAVE EXTRA THINGS WITH US TO STORE IN THE FRIDGE, SO IT KEPT THINGS TO A MINIMUM FOR US AND WE HAD TO KEEP RUNNING OUT TO THE STORE MORE FREQUENTLY THAN WHAT WE WANTED TO.

Nice, modern looking room that was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. I loved the added amenity of the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Definitely got the "luxury" feeling I was looking for at a reasonable rate.
Only a few things kept the stay from being 10/10...I wish the shower was more enclosed. I had to use half the towels for the soaked floor. Also, I was only able to use the cable feature on the "smart" TV...I didn't realize the scrolling guide channel was still a thing! Minor inconveniences though... I'll still book again.

Hotel was fairly new and clean.
Check in was very basic .. After 15 minutes of waiting at the empty counter .I went and looked for desk clerk to check us in.We weren't given any information As far as our room number or where our room was at.This was our 1st visit to the hotel. Had to ask all the basic information that we should have been given at check in. Pillows on the bed are very tiny.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING The Staff was so nice and friendly greetings with a smile and small talk made it much more Personable . Jake the Bartender was great very friendly and nice made some Good 🍸 drinks 🍸 !! Definitely going back in the fall with more family Love that I found a great place to stay in Greenville!!! You need to check it out !!😁😁

I booked this room for my father who was coming for the Thanksgiving Holiday…The booking was easy, they also sent email and text reminders of the reservation when it got closer….my father said his stay was excellent, he said the beds were wonderful, he especially loved the black out curtains that allowed him to get maximum rest. He enjoyed the whole room, even the Bluetooth mirror feature in the bathroom and the available late checkout. He definitely recommended that I put him back up in your hotel for all of his future visits , I believe what really won him over is when they called to let him know he left something very important to him in the room after he checked out and that it would at the front desk for him to pick up, he was impressed and definitely said he would stay again…so moving forward I will recommend all of our friends and family stay there as it’s in a great location for everything and it’s not far from our actual home. Thank you for the lasting impression on my father as he is a hard man to impress Hahahaha

I have use this location every time i have been in greenville. Location is good. Staff very friendly.
The shower. Since there is a wide opening a severe draft and lack of water pressure made it miserable to shower.
