Hilton Garden Inn Hilton Head

It was close to Tanger Outlets and restaurants. It was very close to the bridge to go across to Hilton Head Island. The staff was great especially Tim. The other front desk person was nice too . The bathrooms were clean and the food in the buffet was great . It also was a pet friendly hotel . Many people has their fur babies with them including me with our puppy Bella. Great experience I will come back . Great attention to detail too.

There were small crabs running around in the parking lot and on the walls in the underground parking deck. The pillows were too soft for my husband , but I gelt they were alright z

Loved checking in on my phone and bypassing the front desk. My phone was my room key.

The shower in our room apparently previous damage. It was patched up HORRIBLY! It looked very gross and nasty.

I would first like to Thank Damon, Tim and Miss Terry for making my stay at the Hilton Garden Inn an amazing experience. I celebrated my Birthday the weekend of my stay and was greeted with a wonderful surprise. Balloon, Card and wine with Complimentary Breakfast. Thank you for being so amazing and kind. Miss Terry was fantastic, my breakfast was delicious.

Staff provided excellent customer service

Bathroom was terrible. Needs makeover. Cracks in tub leaky toilet and sink

The location was excellent.

This hotel is not new ,so while the location is great, the rooms could do with an update, and more attention be given to cleanliness. Also, for the cost, breakfast should be provided, complementary. With that being said, I would stay again if I really need to be in those areas again.

The staff was really nice we asked about the best places to eat and we asked about the beaches we were given really good information. Th room was clean, the hotel was clean this really important when traveling. The staff was really nice and professional. The breakfast was good. The price was really good this hotel s surrounded with good food and good shopping areas and the beaches are close by. Excellent vacation for us.

Everything was good

No complaints. Staff was more than pleasant. Place was clean, beds were comfortable. Perfect place to stay if you arrive a day early for a Sat-Sat rental. We'll probably start staying at that same place from now on every year. Hope this helps, I don't normally leave reviews

Good atmosphere and food. The rooms stayed really dark and bed was super comfortable

It was great, except for the family with three kids. Not hotels fault, just bad parenting. They let the kids run up and down the hall yelling at 10 pm

Quiet location near the main road just outside the Hilton Head Island and about 15 minutes by caraway from the beaches by car. Clean, bright facility with friendly staff. Free abundant parking. Big, comfortable room with microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Numerous charging outlets. Simple breakfast in a brown bag is offered at no additional charge because of COVID. Very close to Tánger Outlet Mall.

Relatively far from the beaches and from main areas of tourist activity, although some supermarkets are pretty close (by car) along the way. Windows in the room do not open and AC is unpredictable. Room can be stuffy, especially at night, as the desired temperature is almost never reached. Lack of in-room safe is a drawback.

We really enjoyed the breakfast I was not supposed to pay for my breakfast because it was included, unfortunately I saw that they charged me for my second day breakfast. The location is great

The only thing we didn't like is the pool it has a funny smell and after the housekeeper finish cleaning it leaves a weird smell 😅
