View from villa and location were great. The villa was very spacious, too. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The pool area and grounds were beautifully maintained and the beach was awesome.
The villa was dated from the popcorn ceilings, bathroom faucets, shaggy carpeting, and vertical blinds. The elevator was slow a couple days and we took the stairs. However, a maintenance person was there the next day addressing it.

The microwave was broken. I informed the company on the first night and they stated they would send someone to fix it. Days later a worker came, but the request was canceled. The worker left and never came back.

The feel of a home instead of a motel. We did leave someting behind some jell pins and a make up bag inside of a pillow case wondering how much it would cost to have them sent to me.
the beach should have been cleaner and i dont think people should walk there dogs on it with out cleaning up after them. walking on a beach and getting do do on your feet is not good

Location of Villa Mare is excellent. Beachfront property that is centrally located in Palmetto Dunes. Close/walkable to golf and tennis, as well as the General Store. The unit itself even had a better view than I expected from the photos.
The condo was quite dated, both in furniture and finishes. However, very comfortable and pleasant~

Location was good, The condominium was spacious enough for a family of four. The location to the beach was optimal, and the view was amazing.
The condominium could use an update. Shower doors were hard to open and close, patio doors were sticky and screens hard to operate and there was food left behind the couch making us wonder how well they cleaned before we arrived, so we ended up wasting an hour recleaning the place. Overall though we would stay here again.
