We loved the location of the hotel. It was very close to alot of restaurants and bars. We like that it was a real oceanfront view and the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. The hotel appeared to be clean. The front desk clerks were very nice with assisting us through our stay.

We did not like that it said breakfast was included then when we arrived the desk clerk stated that it was for Springhill guest not Courtyard guest. For the price we paid to stay for 3 nights we should been able to have breakfast as it stated online. We did not like that our beds were more on the full size than the queen size as stated online also.

The location was good close to a lot of different stores & eating places. Liked the pools & access to the beach!

Really the only thing I didn’t like was the parking having to pay $20 a day to park! To me that was ridiculous for the amount I had to pay for the room! At least the parking should have been free!!

I loved the hotel everything is nice and clean and very comfortable! The staff was amazing as well!

I didn’t like the fact that it was no security watching around the pool area and at nighttime things got really out-of-control and because there was no security watching one person had the pool closed for everyone else. This guy could’ve been caught from The beginning when he was peeing on the floor in front of everybody… because of him we had multiple pools closed and it was not fair. This guy had glass bottles and a Glass bottle Jack Daniels,three coolers and I saw a lot of people walking around with no bracelets as well. It seemed like anybody could walk in and the fact that I paid for a very expensive hotel and I had to share the pool with people that didn’t pay as much as I did Was very frustrating as well.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms oceanfront and steps from the beach. Staff was nice and helpful.

Housekeeping was non existent..Stayed five days and only seen housekeeping once and was told to put towels in garbage bag and gather the trash.Had to go to front desk several times for towels and toilet paper.

The facilities. You can find everything you need either in the hotel or close by. I loved the location and the beach. The view is simply amazing!! Loved it!

The housekeeping forgot to replace our hand towels more than once and also the coffee/cups. I wish they could have a checklist if they still don't, just to avoid this kind of inconvenience. The staff was really nice though! I wish they could also have more people in the entrance to attend the guests. We had to wait for someone to come back so we could pay for our snacks, and it did happen more than once. Many times, the reception was empty. It was a busy holiday weekend. Nothing that would make me not to come back, but it could be improved!

beautiful location, centrally located to so many things in MB. exceptionally clean, literally everywhere. bathroom spotless, bed sheets fresh and white and not even a tiny stain. beautiful balcony facing the ocean. Decent pool/hot tub options. also kiddie pools in the neighboring pool which you’re given access to. nice oceanfront bar/restaurant attached to lobby. Housekeeping staff was awesome!! above and beyond, desk staff was alright. seemingly unenthusiastic but other than that I absolutely plan on returning here in future travels to Myrtle.

not much to mention of what I didn’t like, only thing I could think would be free parking or reduced parking price for multiple night parking passes.

It was very clean and staff was friendly. The view from our room was fabulous. Restaurants in walking distance had excellent food. The ease of getting to the beach was wonderful. The parking garage for our vehicle was clean and well lit.

The size of the refrigerator in the room was extremely small. We tried to order food from the Bistro and no one answered the phone. There were several nights ( after dark ) young children were left unattended yelling very loud in the pool. We were not the only ones bothered by the yelling. I heard several guests talking they were annoyed as well. The sound of construction next door was loud at times. I understand it can’t be helped , but we could have been informed it would be happening during our stay.

Hotel was new and room was pretty clean. We been placed on 23rd floor, the view was good. The room was pretty big, that works well for families.

My original reservation was courtyard which you can find the rate is slightly higher then Springhill. They switched us because they over sold the room but still charged us courtyard rate, which I don't think it's fair. For any of you who is wondering what is the difference, my suggestion is just book Springhill directly so you won't end up like us paying extras, especially courtyard doesn't include breakfast. The other thing is they now only clean the room every other day and encourage guests to try reuse the towels. I am ok with that but their room design has no place to hang the wet towel in the bathroom.

The property is awesome. I love the property. I love the location. I also love the cleanest of the facility.

The only issue I have with the property was when we went to check in and they were stating that they did not have any rooms left but we had a confirmation from booking so it was confusing. Eventually the guy spoke with his manager and we ended up with a room. prior to booking, I went into the hotel and ask if they had any vacancy and the same guy told me no. Then when I left the hotel, I booked the room on Booking.com and that’s when I gave him the confirmation number. to be honest, it seemed as if they were lying about the rooms being vacant or not but anyways everything else about this particular property was awesome. This was the only issue I had.

Hotel location is beautiful. Just a short ride to airport, to nearby attractions, but most importantly to the beach. Outdoor pools a plus. Variety of great restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I would make bathroom area a bit more friendly. Our bathroom did not have towel holders/hooks. Curtain shower was short, so water leaked to the floor. Bedsheets are shrink and do not stay on a matress. Although it seemed clean, I didn't feel comfortable.
