Patricia Grand Resort Hotel

it was a very nice stay. pools were clean and the staff was welcoming, free movie rentals was a plus! and a decent gym!

it states it’s a non smoking property no smoking of any kind but it constantly smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. that policy was not enforced at all. there was dog poop in the elevators a couple times which wasn’t pleasant.

very clean and updated unit with many amenities. Hotel was soled out but there was plenty of parking.

our unit was listed as oceanfront but it was more of a side view. still a beautiful view.

the parking, husbands truck would not fit in parking deck and there was designated places for bigger trucks to park, but instead smaller cars and SUVs was parked there . we rode around for two nights trying to find a place to park and not be towed . I know it says first come first serve on parking for the bigger automobiles but this issues needs to be addressed and reinforced!

Clean rooms extra towels plenty of pillows and my room had an excellent view of the ocean thank you

The hotel is beachfront and has a wonderful restaurant. The waitress, Stacy, is an excellent hostess. The room we stayed in was very comfortable.

The appliances are in desperate need of upgrades.

It was pet friendly and the bed slept really good not like some we have stayed to killed our back sleeping on them.

I didn't like the stool was loud when you fished it and had to hold the handle down to get the tissue and stuff to fish down the stool and then you had to flush it about 2 or 3 times to get it cleared up.Then it would run for awhile loud. The sink in bathroom seems like it was stop up or something cause with the water running in the sink it was filling up and slow running out, and bottom of refrigerator didn't get as cold as it should and, we paid like $1222 and something and was there Friday thru Tuesday and for that amount of money and the issues it had we shoulda gotten a discount, free night or something.I really liked the motel because it was pet friendly and I was able to bring my dog with no problem but we shouldn't had, had thoses types of bathroom problems either.

The pools were so perfect, the guy tubs had great pressure and heat, the restraint has awesome food. The time were very clean and comfy and we had an amazing view.

The gift card was only good for food. It would of been better to have known it was only good for those items. I was embarrassed when I brought noon food items to the cashier and it wasn't allowed for the gift card. We found out about the breakfast bar on the last day. It would of been nice to have known about it when we arrived.

The location was great wish we would have gotten the breakfast. The stay there was amazing we had a great time. Yes i would love to book again!😍

That I had a little cleaning my room when I got there changing my sheets. But overall it was a wonderful day and I will book again. Thank you

the property was real nice great location had restaurant & bar which was great great service aswell

what I didn’t like about the property was that they only had 1 elevator running which caused me to use the stairs instead because it took about 20 mins just to get in one
