Caribbean Resort Myrtle Beach

The pool was nice and the grounds were kept up well. The location was good and felt safe to walk the neighborhood. The staff was nice but seemed tired from checking in.

The room smelled musty and the carpet needs cleaning. The check-in was very long and a better system could be created to assist with this matter.

Location was excellent ..pools and hot tub was nice. Also, the ladies that helped with registration and check out were amazing and made me feel like a valued guest.

Staff assistants with Carts were more attentive to Caucasians guest and left minority guests to fend for themselves which didn't make a lot of sense considering that the staff were also minority. We paid a lot of money to stay there for a week and when we asked for a cart, we were given a broken one while Caucasian guests were brought functional carts and didn't even have to load them theirselves because the cart attendant s were quick to cater to them.

Directly on the beach which was beautiful

The condo was a bit outdated, rust in washing machine and the dishwasher drawers were broken. Coach and chairs were worn.

Loved the staff, amenities beautiful 2 bedroom condo, location and beautiful ocean views from living room as well as master bedroom. Balcony was long with seating for 4 and cocktail tables. Loved it!! Will definitely stay again.

The pull out sofa needs to be replaced. Or owner needs to provide a thick foam and pillow top mattress. My sister awoke with severe back pain after sleeping on this mattress which you can feel the coily springs.

I love the music they play for guests by the pool and I love all the things you have to do around the property my kids always have a blast and we’ve went the past few years! most employees are super nice and welcoming or even easy to talk to of course some come off alil rude but there’s way more good ones then bad ones I’d say! I notice some people complain about dumb things in the reviews but people need to remember people are on vacation and tryna have fun and some things need to be over looked. the hotel don’t let things go out of control and handle serious situations when needed. there was people throwing ice and other things over the people at the pool from a really high floor and that’s pretty serious people could really get hurt and I have little ones who was trying to protect from getting hit the hotel did send Security up to these rooms and put a stop to everything and I believe may of even kicked some people out but was well deserved as they were looking down watching people get hurt and was laughing.

I wish they made it alil easier to get wagons around or strollers by the pool and out to the beach but still doesn’t keep me from wanting to stay there either just would be nice. also these rooms are personally owned which is fine but as much as these people are making they need to update things here and there in them. you pay so much to stay you want a nice room. Elevators could use some updating as well. the one in the parking deck would freeze up and not work pretty often this time while we stayed and the ones for the hotel in the D tower are in pretty ruff shape. food to be brought back at the bars by the pool would be pretty kool as well.

I had stayed here before. I love the resort and the restaurant.

I would never stay in the room that we were in again. The couch had broken springs and the chairs to the table were ripped.

I love it my kids had a wonderful time

There was cockroaches all over the property 🤢 m Room had mold smelly water got stuck in bathtub

It’s needs to be updated and given a real good scrub! Pillows had stains doors were dirty couch was not the cleanest

The room was grate. The view was amazing. I enjoyed this resort and will definetly return in the future. 9/10 is my review.

I like the ambience with the room facing the ocean. I like the restaurant next door but no one told us about that. The parking was excellent.

Need to have security more 2 guys were walking across the Parking lot towards my wife in the morning until they see me. That was around 2 AM Need to have more security so people can Feel safe.
