Courtyard by Marriott Rock Hill

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We super appreciated being able to charge our electric vehicle (EV) overnight! Room and bathroom were very clean. The fridge was great albeit with no freezer.

We booked a king bed with pull-out sofa, which Booking said was ok for 2 adults + 2 kids, but it was a single-bed pullout. Technically both kids fit on it, but not without argument--and 2 adults definitely wouldn't have. We were booking last minute and they had no 2-queen rooms so we took what we could get, but the king bed suite is highly questionable for 4 people.

I was there for a short stay,my experience was very good, my interaction with staff was very friendly,I'll probably stay there again.

I'm not sure if I understood correctly there was no continental breakfast provided, when my daughter and I went down for breakfast there wasn't anything there not even fruit, juice or muffin,she asked for coffee they didn't have whole milk to make a Starbucks coffee. If I am incorrect please accept my deepest apology.

Location great. Check in very fast. Pool nice. Beds comfortable. Room clean. Noise level great.

Didn't like the fact that NO soap in room and when asked for it by housekeeping was told they had none and on backorder. Not COVID friendly for sure. Terrible not to have any type of soap in a room. What hotel does this???

The ease of getting to the hotel from the interstate, comfortable bed, nice sofa for relaxing before bedtime.

We expected more space on the bathroom counter and a place to put our clothes in the bathroom before our shower. We also would have liked a continental breakfast as we get in other hotel chains. We probably won't choose Marriott again for that reason and because it was more pricy than what we are used to.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Room was very clean. Check in and check out went smoothly. The room was spacious and decorated very nicely.

Our room was the nicest we have stayed in in the Ft Mill-Rock Hill area! The room was lovely and the Mgr and staff were exceptionally nice! Will be staying there again snd telling our family and friends about your facility. We liked that it was close to several nice restaurants.

The view was amazing im from a small country town so it was different yet peaceful . Amazing staff and check in

The only problem or issue was the uncomfortableness of the bed. The mattress is entirely too soft. But besides that I love every stay I have had at this location. I would definitely come back. The staff is exceptional.

We stay here everytime we drive down to Florida from Ohio. Check in was very easy and staff was extremely nice and helpful.
