very clean, comfortable, and pleasant stay. hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful. We really appreciated all the facilities including the guest laundry, continental breakfast, all day coffee, ice machine, and convenient parking in front of our room. the rooms were also very spacious, well stocked bathrooms, and comfortable beds.

we stayed in two different rooms during our stay. the only problem we encountered was weak wifi signal in the first room, and the toilet in both rooms would make a loud flushing noise about every hour. Otherwise the stay here was awesome and we would definitely stay here again if we're ever back in Hill City.

This hotel was excellent!! The views were great, the staff was great, the facilities were great!! The room was clean, the pool area was clean, the lobby was clean, the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The staff were very friendly and the views were great!! I would definitely come back to this hotel. Hill City is beautiful and this was our first time there, we absolutely would come back and stay here again.

Nothing, we liked everything about our stay. The only downside would be there is no elevator, and for some that is needed for accessibility reasons. However, we overheard the staff offering any assistance needed to a couple in need of special access to the second floor. This was exceptional!!

Staff was very friendly and accomodating? .I was concerned that there was no elevator and I use a cane. I'd thought I'd specified a first floor room but we'd been booked in a 2nd floor room. But they immediately switched rooms with no problem. The breakfast was good. Room wss clean, beds comfy, shower was wonderful, parking was very convenient and, nd no matter what time we came and left during the 4days/nights we were there we were always greeted by a friendly face. We'd definitely stay there

Adequate breakfast. Coffee and hot water available 24 hours. Nice view from window. Shower had Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers. Parking right outside our room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Able to walk to downtown Hill City. George S Mickelson trail is right behind the hotel.

People above us sounded like they were stomping above our heads the whole time. Lacks soundproofing, recommend a room on 2nd floor.

Breakfast was wonderful.

The body wash dispenser was empty during our entire stay and one of the toilet seat bolts was not tightened. I would have thought that their maids would have to have know about each of these issues but they were never fixed while we were there. There was no elevator and there was an odd set of about three stairs up, a short landing then down three steps in the middle of the long second story hall way.

When I booked for 6 nights, I did not see the option to get a discount for AAA. So I asked about it and was told I must do that at booking. Then I asked to speak with a manager and asked for her number since she was not there. That wasn't possible I'm told. I've been credited before and certainly if I bought other items, my account would be debited.

Breakfast was very good! We especially loved the pancake maker.

Don’t like the way the shower works. Never seen anything like it and it was hard to get the bathtub faucet to quit dripping.Also the shower curtain itself is way too short and doesn’t keep water inside the tub. Also the toilet is so low, it feels like you are sitting on the floor.

Hotel was very clean and surprisingly quiet for its location at the junction of two main roads. The beds were very comfortable which was a plus following long runs and hikes. It's location is perfect for access to all local attractions, state and National Parks. Second time I've stayed at this hotel and if I'm back in Hill City, I'll stay again.

The parking availability for the size of the hotel is inadequate.

The housekeeping staff was great. Good breakfast.

The parking was hard to maneuver. we have a truck… was difficult to back in our spot with the other cars so close.. was very tough. we ended up parking three spots down. One night we had to park three rooms down… we like our car by us. An awful lot of a vehicle were oversize SUVs or trucks. Just hard to get parked. Also, an unusual driveway, you will miss it the first time.

The room was adequate, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was generally quiet and the location was good for our daily activities as we used it as a hub for all we wanted to do.

The hot tub wasn't hot enough, the jets need to be a little stronger, and it could have used more chlorine. The parking lot tended to get a bit crowded. We had hoped for some eggs and sausage and/or bacon.
