The Breakfast had a wide variety of choices: hot and cold! The breakfast attendant was very attentive and helpful. The maids also seemed to be attentive each day to the rooms to make sure they were clean and well stocked. We did enjoy our stay!

If I need to say anything that could have been better, it would be the coffee. It would be nice to have fresh ground coffee with fresh cream and not just the fake creamers. It would also be nice to have choices of real sugar or honey. Besides cleanliness, good food, even just good coffee, helps to distinguish an upscale hotel from your average run of the mill. It shows your thinking about your costumers more than just the dollar. But really, it was a nice stay!

Breakfast was better than you would expect, both waffles and pancakes can be made to order, along with scrambled eggs and sausage, and very good biscuits and gravy. The room we had was very spacious, with a very comfortable King bed, and full size sleeper sofa, there would have still been room for an additional blow-up mattress if needed. Room and common areas were exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful at all times. The location itself was very quiet, little to no road noise.

We actually booked this location by accident, I thought I had selected a hotel close to downtown. So I guess I would have liked a place closer to downtown, but that was actually an error on my part. As I said, the location was very quiet, and it isn't really very far (time-wise) from the downtown area, although certainly not within walking distance.

There wasn't enough parking in their lot. The staff told us to trespass and park at another business since they didn't have sufficient parking. When checking out, I commented on this since there are signs everywhere talking about what can we do to get a 10. However, the person who asked how my stay was when I made a comment about the parking didn't even acknowledge my comment, respond or show any empathy. Also upon departure I asked for a receipt to confirm that there weren't any erroneous/additional charges to my card that they asked for when I checked in. I was treated like this was an unreasonable request. I was never provided one. After a few minutes, they did confirm that there weren't any charges and to expect my receipt from Booking.com.

very clean. location was very close to the heart hospital!

we almost slipped in water on tile floor going for ice. we are fine. I was more worried about my husband who was just in heart hospital, but he’s good. The area going from the pool around the corner to the bathrooms, vending and ice is all tile floor. the people in the pool we’re going through to the bathrooms leaving the floors very wet. there was a lot of water, likely multiple trips/people. not a complaint, more of a suggestion. just maybe do some kind of rubber mat or something so nothing happens to someone else.

Everything was great. The staff was so very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancake maker. The room was clean and cozy.

The only dislike was the parking. A gentleman with a trailer took up roughly four parking spots (we understand parking a trailer requires multiple parking spots). We got in late and didn't have any place to park. The front desk staff helped me find an area that would work. We ended up parking in a facility behind the hotel.

The property was clean, the staff were all courteous. The mattresses are super comfy. The breakfast was pretty good too.

The room was very basic. There are some small technology type things that could make it better, like having usb-c charge ports to charge more modern devices throughout the “suite”. Wall mount the TV’s so that you can at least swivel it over, if you want to sit in the area with the couch and chair.

Location was great! Facilities and rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. Spacious room to stay in and was happy with the quietness of the room during our stay.

Breakfast left a little to be desired. Very little fresh fruit available (this was right at the beginning of the breakfast) and coffee was not made ahead of time, so had to wait about 20 minutes for coffee to be ready. Selection of breakfast was okay, but could have been better.

Beds were awful. Felt like sleeping on an old straw mattress with a divet I would roll into where other bodies had lain. That was on both beds in a double queen room. not good. need replacement

The front desk staff was very friendly and always made sure our stay was going well. He came around at breakfast to make sure that the food was kept up. There were sausages, eggs, and biscuits with gravy along with a waffle bar. The biscuits were soft unlike a lot of other places I've stayed. We were here for a basketball tournament and they happened to have a rollout hoop in the back for the boys to play on as well.

breakfast was good, pretty typical hot and cold hotel "precovid" offerings, nothing fancy, but had everything you'd need. Hotel was really clean, seemed newer, halls and floors seemed well insulated, not like you're about to fall through, as most hotels are, and we are not big people. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Love that they had a pull out couch for our family of 5. Beds were also comfortable. They had ice cream cups available to guests which was nice. My daughter accidentally stepped in some mud just prior to coming there and they had a wash machine we could use, with soap to purchase - probably saved her shoes, as they would never have come clean by the time we returned home several days later. I would definitley stay here again!
