Homewood Suites by Hilton Sioux Falls

Breakfast was nice. Typical continental. Enjoyed all the waffle toppings. Initial person that checked us in was extremely nice. It was an evening check in and super quick. Rooms were clean. Regular beds were very comfy! Sofa bed was an average sofa bed so don't expect a good night sleep on it. Suite did have dishes! Didn't expect that.

Things are just surfaced cleaned. My toddler popped out the chair cushion in the bedroom and there were food wrappers and beads. Carpets need a good cleaning. More than 3 towels for a room that is intended to sleep at least 4 adults+ would be nice!

Excellent breakfast, large spacious room with a good layout. we enjoyed tv from couch or bed, and the full kitchen was accessible and useful. there was plenty of green space for the dog outside. the staff was so friendly and helpful! It felt like home very quickly. Good location for exploring the town.

The queen-sized bed was ok, not wonderful, and we didn’t like the bedding. They need to upgrade to smoother sheets, and the duvet was small, without a usable cover (bedspread cover was too heavy). Pillows were good.

Location, had kitchenette which included full size refrigerator. Included hot breakfast.

Very expensive so not a value. Needs some updating and fixing. View was roof with air conditioners so loud at night. Son slept on pull out bed and said uncomfortable. We washed dishes and knives before using.

The beds were comfortable, there was a small kitchen and a microwave and fridge which was needed for us. There was plenty of room for my husband, myself and our four children. The breakfast was great and exceeded my expectations! The pool and hot tub were a nice retreat after a long day of driving! The staff was friendly and helpful! There were laundry failities which we had to utilize unexpectedly, so that was great!

Nothing could have been done better for us! The staff was friendly and the facilities were amazing! We would definitely stay here agian! Thank you Homewood Suites!

good room location, very comfortable bed, great breakfast

room was in need of repair: though the door to the hallway locked, it didn’t fit into the doorframe. Bedroom door didn’t close easily. some of the furniture was damaged. bathroom outlet didn’t work. flooring in kitchen area was damaged.

I called the day before and asked about their hot tub and if it was working, because I new I would be needing it ( pain in my lower back and hips) hot tub was not working- it was like taking a hot bath - no jets working properly

It is clear the hotel takes pride in sanitation and cleanliness. Everything from the lobby to our room seemed carefully and thoroughly cleaned. Every staff encounter was friendly and helpful. Traveling with a baby also has its challenges, but space was not one of them with our suite. We had plenty of room for the pack n play and a little floor mat and toys without hindering room to maneuver about the space. This hotel is also in an excellent location--everywhere that was an important must see/do for us was within a 20 minute drive so we didn't waste time in the car. We would definitely return.

We would have loved more selection at breakfast. We are gluten intolerant, so the hot breakfast was hit or miss during our stay.

It was very nice and clean with friendly staff; however, our air conditioning would not work properly. We had a suite with one bedroom and the air vent was in the living area. It did not cool down our room nor did it cool down the living area. We had to get more towels and linens because there wasn’t any in the room. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool area which they provided towels at the pool. That was very nice. The breakfast was delicious with so many options, both hot and cold. We would stay here again even though we had trouble with the air. Overall it was a very nice and relaxing stay.

I mentioned in making my reservation, that an early check-in would be greatly appreciated since I flew in on the Red Eye arriving at 10 am. I also did not except that request to be answered positively. BUT I arrived at 12noon and they had a room ready for me and I was so thankful because I was very tired. Thank You

the staff was very nice. check in was easy. the room was very clean and spacious, we stayed in the one bedroom double Queen suite. the breakfast was great! m at options all fresh and delicious. also! Starbucks is right across the parking lot.
