La Quinta by Wyndham Sioux Falls

I have never had a hotel breakfast that was as good as theirs! It had a "pancake making machine" that made very tender pancakes! The biscuits and gravy were delicious! They ran out of scrambled eggs - nearing the end of the breakfast period, but made me a batch specially! The pool and hut tub were superb - clean and comfy! The maids wer smiling and helpful; I forgot my key in the room - on my way to the pool, and they creerfully let me in to retrieve it!

I arrived at a busy time. Too many people in line, checking in. Only one desk representative. She was very patient and nice though! Had to go around the block to make a left-hand turn from out of the entrance way. Right turns were good though.

We loved this hotel ! The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly. The breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles and more. The lady taking care of the breakfast was really nice and very attentive. The evening snacks with a choice of wines, beer and cokes plus pretzel balls, chips and cookies was a nice bonus. Parking was great and even with road construction was very easy to get in and out of the hotel. We loved it and are planning to return next month. Also, a couple restaurants are located within walking distance. I have absolutely no complaints !

Out of 3 stays this was the first time that I ate the breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing. The sausage gravy was lukewarm, the apple juice was watered down too much, the sausage links were extremely salty. The staff who was bringing out more food stayed on her cell phone the entire time so I couldn't ask for more forks and had to wait. The pool had so many chemicals that my eyes were burning. Couldn't enjoy the pool area because of this.

The breakfast was the usual that we expect in a hotel of that calibre. Nothing particularly stands out. The location was handy but confusing/congested with the construction right there. It will be very nice once the road construction is finished.

I do not like the fact that the room didn’t separate the sink/mirror area from the rest of the bathroom like in your older La Quinta hotels. It makes it difficult for two people to get ready at the same time in the morning. One person only has access to the personal prep area while the other has to wait to do hair, brush teeth, etc. When you are traveling and time counts, this set up is not helpful.

The breakfast was great in my eyes this is why I love staying here your staff very pleasant to ask question they do what they need to answer. Your staff - cleaning lady’s all are great parking rooms I wouldn’t stay anywhere else but here when we come to visit daughter and grandson thanks for letting voice my opinion 👍

We came to Sioux Falls for a surgery and it was a very nice property but a pain to get to because of road construction (not the hotels fault obviously). When I walked in the front door, the pool chlorine smell was overwhelming and when we tried to go swimming later that evening, we couldn’t because our eyes were burning so bad. The hotel is older and it showed a lot in the bathroom by the shower area but definitely not a deal breaker. The staff was fantastic. Super friendly and made sure to let us know about facility hours, breakfast etc

I loved how big the rooms and bathroom are. I like that the location is a good spot. The breakfast was perfect! I would totally book here again.

I traveled with 6 kids under the age of 8 years old. So it would have been nice if you had a kiddie pool available. The parking space was kindve bad, if you got there later than 4 pm you had a hard time finding a place to park. Not to mention to have to squeeze in a spot.

Late check out request was granted, parking was easy, everything was very clean and nice

One room towel had hole and was unraveling. Night desk person got the job done but didn't exude a customer service personality. Breakfast was out of eggs, pancakes, and I didn't see any fresh fruit.

Very clean, comfortable bed, loved that this is a newer hotel. Great breakfast. Pancake maker was a pleasant surprise. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Next door neighbors were noisy until midnight. Couldn’t get outlets to hold the plugs in.

Very clean, staff was friendly upon checking in, the room looked just like the online, soft water, everything was supplied in the room as stated, the breakfast was spectacular…. Great experience

The bed was a little too bumpy and not sure if that was from the pillow-top or what but wasn’t as comfortable but didn’t care as much since everything else was FABULOUS
