Fresh staff stayed on top everything was amazing definitely will be returning here real soon keep up good work staff very friendly and nice very clean and comfortable

Everything was amazing keep up good work guys my family definitely enjoyed enjoyed our selves we had a time of our lives there only thing was pool wasn’t open but other than that everything was beautiful

Most things were very good and we enjoyed our stay.

Ordered hamburger and it was DRY.... had nothing on it...mayonaze or sauce. Ask that it be cut in half and they did not do it. Front entry would not open like it should....this needs to be fixed immediately. Breakfast was the same every day and needs to change some each day. NO bread or rolls.... and bagels are not bread and you need some bread and/or rolls.

Location, that the pool was open, room was clean. Plenty of parking out back.

The awful burning plastic smell during breakfast hours. That nighttime staff prepping breakfast for the next day did so without gloves and while handling the front desk. Tiny bathroom. Overall this place doesn't fit with the Hyatt brand. Very basic run of the mill hotel. Short staffed just like every other service industry place right now but they could do a few things to help guests staying several days. Trash bags in cans in room and ect. Apparently my child must have touched the phone, dialed 3 numbers and inwas charged almost 10.00!!

Very convenient to get to off the highway.

Beds were okay, not the worst not the best. Alarm went off in hotel around 5am apparently it did the same thing the morning before. Needs some updating, could be a bit cleaner. Found a Cheerio by door. Breakfast was subpar, not much flavor but typical hotel breakfast.

Great location and the room was very nice. The kids loved the pool and said it was very clean.

The mattress on the pull out bed was horrid. it couldn’t be used because the springs were popping out of it. Thank good kids were suppose to use it so they didn’t care to just sleep on the couch. An adult would’ve been upset if they were planning on using it for sleep.

Our family was in Nashville for the weekend. We initially stayed at Hyatt place and was very disappointed with their rooms. We decided to do a short stay, (leaving at 4am) to sleep before traveling back to Saint Louis. We didn’t get the opportunity to eat your breakfast but I’m sure it was delicious! I’ve stayed at a Drury Plaza in Saint Louis and the service was excellent. You all have hands down great service! Thanks.

I loved the location! it’s close enough to downtown Nashville and plenty of great restaurants around.

The breakfast was very underwhelming. It looked nothing like the pictures. And was very messy and not well restocked. This was one of the main reason I chose this hotel versus others. Was very let down.

We love staying there. Paid for the room before we arrived. We got there an extra 30.00 dollars for what ? Would have been nice to have been informed before hand. I hate those little surprises.

Location was beautiful on a hill. We wanted something with a calm quiet feel. Not too overcrowded feel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Breakfast could have more options. But was still good.

The room was easy to get to and comfortable. The hotel staff that checked us in was friendly and helpful especially when we needed a local restaurant recommendation.

The morning front desk staff didn’t seem invested in their job. I rang the bell to check out but she never came. I had to go find her and request a receipt from her after checking out. The breakfast was incomplete. Burnt French Toast sticks, yogurt, dry cereal, fruit cups and coffee is not my idea of a grab and go breakfast. Breakfast could have included sandwiches and I would have been satisfied.
