Four Points Nashville - Brentwood

Upon check in, the gentleman was very nice and helped us with early check-in. Also had to call him as soon as we checked in because room did not have sleeper sofa as stated with Booking.com. He sent a Roller bed immediately and informed me that it was not communicated on our reservation. Hotel was clean and convenient for our Nashville trip.

the front desk manager was SO nice to find us a room early! we got in around 8:30am and had been up since 3am to catch our flight. desperate to get some sleep, he found us a room! slept through lunch! lol. thank you!!! bed was comfortable too!!

rooms were a little dated, but they did have a sign in the lobby saying they were in the process of remodeling. so the rooms should be updated when they are done.

The welcoming and professional desk staff, the room, the towels, the workspace, the Bluetooth tv allowed for listening to my playlists & ambient noise.

Not providing free breakfast was not a turn-off, but providing complimentary coffee would have been a huge plus.

The room was extremely clean and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. Will definitely book here again the next time we visit Nashville.

One of our rooms did not have a refrigerator but this did not significantly impact the quality of our experience.

Overall the location and property was nice. There were eateries and shopping very close by. Access to the interstate was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Their was a tornado that came through during my stay. The property was with out power for a while but was back on in what I would consider a good amount of time considering the circumstances.

the rooms need to be updated some, but the staff is so great! we had our 40th High School Reunion in their ballroom and they were very helpful!

it definitely needs to be updated… the bathrooms in the rooms are showing their age 😬 and the restaurant definitely needs help!

The room was exceptional. It was clean and very well decorated. We loved the Bathroom and shower.

The breakfast was awful. I'm so glad it was included in the price because we would not have paid that kind of money for that food.

After they finish the remodel this is going to be the place to be stayed in a updated room good view great bathroom comfortable clean beds it’s a great place to stay 8 min to broadway

The new renovations

We didn’t eat at the hotel during our stay but I enjoyed the coffee available in the lobby. The front desk employee upgraded us to one of the newly remodeled rooms and I liked the walk-in shower.

I liked the staff from the bartender to the front desk and manager "Rod." I liked the location for our purposes. I liked the activity and liveliness of the place.

The rooms were dated for sure, but not unclean. Bar and restaurant were not operating at full capacity, hours and offerings. The pool area was loud, noise from parking lot.
