the rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, staff were soo freindly
our main reason for choosing this hotel was the jacuzzi tub in the room. we didnt realize until check out how to turn the tub on. would have been nice to have had instructions or a sign over the switch on the wall. we didnt get to enjoy to reason for that choice of hotel.

Great location, modern decor.
It wasn't very clean, floors and walls had dirt and gouges. Elevators and moldings need a good scrubbing. Cleaning details should be addressed.. Breakfast was too expensive. Comforter on bed was dirty. Attention to details is lacking. They need a real computer in the lobby. Printer only prints in black and white.

Beautiful room very relaxing and comfortable
Only little things some bath fixtures were loose, and cabinet door was missing screws, jacuzzi bath would not produce bubbles. That was one reason i booked that room in the 1st place...nevertheless it was a relaxing and wonderful stay.

All of the employees were so nice and accommodating, they always greet you with a smile. A very special thank you to Ashley and Randy. We really enjoyed the stay and will be returning next year.
The mattress seemed to be a bit firm; however, this was due to some personal medical issues. I just made a trip to Micheals and purchased a comforter and that took care of all my back and neck injuries being uncomfortable.

Did not eat breakfast. The staff was great and everything was as it should be, this is the third or fourth time staying here.
The drive entering the property is narrow and quite congested in the mornings. It is also a little hard to find in the dark.

Great beds and pillows
The only thing was we had noisy people next door with connecting doors and they kept trying to open them.I don't know if they were drunk or just young and dumb but it was quite annoying while I was trying to get my 3 and 6 year old to bed.The noise ended arround 12am at least not all night. Not sure if this hotel does a quiet time didn't see any signs.It was great other than the noise levels.

I thought it nice they a variety of food , fruit , cereal the host was courteous . The coffee was hot and they had nice selection of juices. We would stay there and have breakfast anytime again.

My room only had 1 small trash can which was in the bathroom and there were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang up the towels or wash cloths.
