The room was as expected. With two bedrooms and a sitting room, which I very much value The staff was friendly and polite. With coded 19, your breakfast was adequate..
While we were at your hotel we were coming back from a tour and were accosted by a gentleman in a black truck when we parked in the parking garage. He made a circle around our minivan in the truck, and ask why we were staying there and then said something I did not hear as he sped back down the ramp. This experience was unsettling in a place where we should have felt fairly safe. I decided to go to the desk and tell him what happened so that they could deal with the gentleman, but when I got there there was no one at the desk no one in their office, no one that could help. I was given excuses about why there was no one there at the time that we needed help. There really isn't any excuse for not having someone manning the desk at all times.

The location and proximity to Broadway was excellent. The quality and the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff could be a little more friendly. But overall experience was great. I’ll stay here again.
It was clean and had everything you needed. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was set just right.

Location was great. Literally across from the Mall at Green Hills. Plenty of food and shopping. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was friendly.
Had no hand soap in our bathroom. Original room we booked never got cleaned so we had to get the Hearing Accessible Suite.

I liked the convenience of parking on the floor of the room that you stayed in. The room was fresh and clean, updated and very comfortable.

The breakfast was good. We liked parking on the level of our room.
My wife wanted to lay in the sun by the pool early in the day, but the pool area was shaded by the building. She was disappointed, but I thought that the area wouldn't have a lot of sun prior to booking the hotel.
