Good area. A spacious room for a family of 4.

First day having breakfast, the lady who works there was trying to take out one of my kids from the stroller to put in the high chair, ma’am!! You don’t do that with somebody else child, ask first!! My child doesn’t know you!. Rooms need some maintenance, smelly carpet, a lot of hair behind bathroom door. For the price should be more clean. At check out I was asking for a receipt, lady said was not allowed give it, wherever was too early to have an argument with her. They have obligation by law give you a receipt, wherever you booked 3rd part or not.

The check in process was amazing, everyone was so kind, VERY helpful. Property was great, it felt so safe. I wish we would have been in town longer to enjoy more. Being able to check-in early was really nice. The bed was so comfortable.

The room unfortunately smelled very strongly of cat urine in the corner. Thankfully it was contained to the corner and we were able to move a table over the bulk of it to keep the smell down and it worked just fine for the night. We also needed to keep our dog from using the bathroom on it herself. It was not a big deal, we told staff at check in and did not request another room.

Overall, the facility was great. They were very pet friendly, and Jason was so helpful upon check-in with the doggie gifts. The beds were ok. The pool area was nice, and the water was warm. Plenty of doggie poop bags available in the back lot for puppy. Walkable to many restaurants and the food shopping all under a mile walk.

The neighbors were not considerate of others in the building and let the doors close hard after 10pm and in the morning. Our little dog didn't like the loud door slamming. There were several spots on the other side of the top sheets. The bag in the closet with the extra pillows and sheets for the pull-out bed was missing the pillows and blankets. We had advised the front desk, but all the housekeeping staff was gone for the night.

The room was clean. Even though I always go in and clean everything again my self. It is in a great spot. If you stay take the less than 10 minute walk to Old School Pizza, it's delicious. The staff was friendly. I would stay again.

The door to our bathroom would not latch. They did not come to empty trash nor bring fresh towels. The sofa bed mattress is disgusting and needs to be changed. They charged me twice but a few hours later it was resolved. I had to go to get new towels and they made me walk in the heat with the attendant to get them. Next time I will bring towels from home. The breakfast was not what I expected. Just muffins, cereal, Danish, coffee and juice. There's a kitchen so just shop and cook.

location was really good and it was clean. the front desk workers were very nice and responsive.

we had trouble with our air condition our entire trip. they were working on the air condition while we were there. but, we were credited one night for our troubles and the staff did try to find us a more comfortable room. i would book there again because the location cleanliness and the staff in hopes the air condition issue would be resolved next time around.

I loved the 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was perfect for the 4 of us and my teen daughters had their own bathroom . The beds were comfy and the room was really decent especially the full kitchen. The area was just right and the pool was very quiet in the mornings.

The furniture in the livingroom was not very comfy and kinda out dated. The breakfast was very disappointing. At least a waffle maker and more options for cereal would've been sufficient. Maybe add some fruit too and more juice options.

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful with every question and difficulty we had (difficulty with not having a phone that worked properly in USA) The suite was comfortable, well appointed and clean. We used the laundry facility and that was also easy to use and kept clean. There are restaurants and take-aways very close (walking distance) The also gave me a birthday present when they realised that we had arrived on my birthday. Breakfast was good and easily transportable back to the suite.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were stocked with everything we needed. The king suite was very roomy! The breakfast was delicious.

There really isn’t anything we didn’t like. We could hear others in their rooms plain as day when in the hallway but it didn’t bother us in our room.

The staff was friendly and the room looked exactly like the pictures. The location was ideal and close to food and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay over all.

We arrived a few hours after check in time and the room wasn't ready, so we had to wait. The carpet in the room was dirty, so we had to wear socks or our feet would get dirty.

The staff went way beyond to make you feel welcome. Any time you were out on the property, they would be the one to initiate conversation with a friendly, “Hello.”. They were interested in you as a person and made you feel almost like family. The suite we stayed in was very nice. For the price, it was exceptional.
