Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Green Hills

Perfect location for us without being in the center of Broadway. Only 10 to 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go. Easy walk to a very nice mall and restaurants.

The male manager that checked us out on Monday morning, September 18th did not say a word to us. He didn't say good morning, ask how our stay was or say have a safe trip and it was not busy😔

Breakfast was fine. Staff very helpful and friendly. I had left a waterbottle at the front desk when checking in . It was my favorite and was from the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. It says "Beating Cancer is in our Blood. " (I'm a hematologist- Blood Cancer doctor). I was pleased to find it sitting at the front desk more than 24 hours later. When I told the woman at the desk that I was surprised it hadn't been thrown away, she assured me that they don't do that and that she had read the message on the bottle!

During the week we were there, our housekeeper was Rosa M. and she was a true gem. Always smiling, always asking what we needed, and always wishing us a good day... such a friendly, warm human being. I hope the folks at this Hampton appreciate her as much as we did. Randy did our check-in, and he was helpful with some tips regarding our short drive to Belmont University. This is a great location if you're visiting Belmont U.

The Staff went out of their way to ensure that everything was handled in a friendly and professional manner. The offerings for breakfast included a little something for everyone. It could not have gone better.

There was a mix up with the reservation, but was not caused by the property. These things happen, and with the hands on approach of the GM, everything was handled to our satisfaction. The downside, there was no water in the room, most unusual these days.

Everything about my stay was excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They addressed any concerns I had during my stay quickly. Safety was never a concern. I felt like I was home and around family. Everything was kept clean throughout the hotel. Parking was easy. The location is quiet and kid friendly. Doors are locked after a certain time every night and you need a room key to get in. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay and would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Nashville. It's about 10 minutes from tourist attractions restaurants, and shopping.

Breakfast was as good or better than We have experienced at other lodging facilities. Facility was clean and well maintained.

Facility was very pricy in my opinion. Just not used to paying close to $200 per night for a bed to sleep in. Also, staff had checked another guest in using my reservation. Reason given was they had no reservation for a “Tom”, and the guest said perhaps it is under “Ernest” which is my name, but we did not have the same address. Hopefully, it was all straightened out and I do not wind up paying for the other guest’s room.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Room was clean with all the facilities that we needed. No complaints whatsoever. Car parking was free, but we were issued with a parking permit which needed to be displayed on the dashboard, no problem with that, never had any problems parking. All the staff that we dealt with were friendly and welcoming.

The entire hotel looked clean and new, including the flooring, carpet and decor. Our room, including the bed and bedding was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The Internet and TV worked well. I also liked using the digital key and contactless checkout using the Hilton Honors app on my phone.

Breakfast was great!! And it was open until 10am which was wonderful. Staff was super friendly and helpful. All areas were very clean and tidy.

The pool wasn’t open for the first three days we were there. We only got to use it one day. The mattress was pretty firm and we woke up stiff.

Lovely hotel in a great location! Near to the airport, easy to get to Downtown Nashville and nice to have the mall next door too for shopping! Special shout-out to Frankie at Breakfast - such a lovely lady with a beautiful smile and would do anything she could to help you!
