the staff was really friendly

their was holes on wall. fridge and room was outdated but not so bad needs deep cleaning in the room

it was next to a police station. also a mall just down street food everywhere. gas station across the street. not a lot of traffic.

I found that the staff was an a++ and would not change anything about that. Especially miss Kim that woman was an absolute pleasure to talk with and very helpful. But the building and the rooms could use some upgrading. the staff and all involved with the operations of everyday things deserve it as well as it would keep them in business for many years to come. with the level of service I got it would just be fitting to have rooms to match the service and quality of service I received.

The hotel was inexpensive for a last minute booking. The room overall was clean, but there were some stains on the sheets of one of the beds and a chair in the room. The beds were comfortable.

The stains on the bedding and furniture in the room. There was mold around some of the fixtures in the bathtub. The bathtub has a plug for taking a bath, however the plug does not stay up when taking a shower and you ended up standing in ankle deep water because of slow drainage.

I needed a place to stay for one night, and this fit the bill. Location is convenient being right off the interstate. It's just a little noisy, but that is to be expected. Has access to food, which was very good.

Rooms and bathroom a little dated. Continental breakfast was not very good. But all in all the stay was ok.

The front desk clerks were timely, accommodating and a pleasure to talk to. The cleaning staff was eager to help and friendly. The HVAC worked very well. The bed was comfortable The TV / cable worked good All lights were functional And the location of this establishment is conveniently located to most things that wanted or needed in Clarksville.

Found underwear on the floor behind the bathroom door. And potato chip crumbs scattered around the sink. The parking lot and stairwells should be policed for garbage, soda and beer cans and cigarette butts. Understandably, I do realize that some people are feral dirtbags that have no respect for themselves or their surroundings. I know that the only way to keep the facility more presentable is to charge more money to discourage those kinds of people from choosing your establishment. Having said that, I do appreciate the value.

Easy to reach from the main roads. Also the pillows were the most amazing pillows I have ever used, I really wanted to take one home they were that good!

The shower had obvious mold. My kids saw it and asked what was the black stuff on the tub, walls, and ceiling. They thought we were in a scary movie hotel. That was a funny conclusion but still yucky to know the actual answer.

Right off the highway. We were on our way home from Florida to Missouri. They also had free breakfast

We couldn't use the same card for to rooms. I understand it may have been for our card protection. We are a family of 2 adults and 4 children. Our rooms were not next to each other even though the were booked together.

Great location staff was amazing, quite, clean, and comfortable. Kimberly was awesome sweet, great customer service. thank you after dealing with a former hotel that was awful customer service and very rude manager at the other place. So glad that after dealing with that place and coming to Baymont Inn and being treated like they wanted our business. Kimberly is a jewel to this company

Staff friendly,helpful, went the extra mile to accommodate. (Middle of night, needed to stop, handicap friendly accommodation for Just a few hours of sleep.) Nice clean room.

the only thing I didn’t like, was the bathroom in room 118 needed the shower wall painted, because of the brown stains running down the wall of the shower, it can make a guest ask for another room, and the mattress next to the window needs replacing because it sinks in on one side.
