Quality Inn

The bed was so so comfortable. The room had a couch it was roomy. Tv was a good size. The room had nice bright color in the chair made the room feel cozy.

We had no hot water the whole stay the only thing the front desk tell me they don’t have any other room to put us in the maintenance man will look at it in the morning that didn’t happen. The next day walk down stairs told the guy I still don’t hv hot water it was nothing he could say but 😢 sorry had to heat water up in the microwave to take a wash up. My husband took a cold shower that’s the military in him not me. Saw a couple dead bugs next to the phone my husband said least they sprayed. SMH 🤦‍♀️ Oh yeah the breakfast was sorry same for 2 days eggs,sausage,busicut, no cereal but they had milk just sorry coffee was nasty, juice was water down.

I never caught the gals name…but she was working breakfast 2/7/22. We didn’t talk much bc I’m not much of a morning talker and I listen to morning news on my phone..but she was the Greatest person in the entire world! I was up around 6:45am for breakfast and she hardly let me do a single thing! She offered to make me a waffle, pour juice, makeup a coffee, plate up anything from the breakfast area…greatest most unexpected service I have ever had the pleasure of being apart of in any hotel! I’ve stayed at 100’s of hotels and have never had that. She is 100% a keeper and deserves the biggest raise this hotel can afford. Quailty Inn Clarksville went from a random Last Second booking —to a place I would highly recommended to anyone traveling to Nashville, or wanting to get past Nashville if heading West..just for her.

My room had a broken Window covering rail above the AC unit, and some of the TV channels didn’t work..but I was only there to catch some sleep from the road overnight, so no big deal.

Our stay was very relaxing and pleasant. The staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. Really enjoyed that the staff waited on us and how friendly everyone was.

The only thing that we didn't like was that the elevator was at one end of the hotel while the room was at the other end, but that was our fault. My wife has bad knees and recent back surgery, we did not request closer to the elevator.

The cleaning staff was very pleasant.

We arrived around 7:30 pm to check in. The staff at the desk was pleasant. When we got to our room we checked the beds for bed bugs and other things. We noticed hair and rhinestones on the beds…stains on the sheets. I went to the front desk to ask for new bedding and when looking at this bedding it also had stains. I then went to Walmart to purchase pillows and blankets because I was not using stained sheets. Also the mini fridge was very dirty. Clearly was not cleaned in between guest. On the 2nd day we did not receive new clean towels. I went up to the front and asked for new towels. I was told I had to wait for the cleaning people to make their way around to me. I will not be staying there again.

They had plenty of convenient parking. The front desk ladies were very kind and professional. The pool was nice and enjoyable. My room was large and welcoming. Very comfortable bed mattress and sheets. They had plenty of coffee in the morning in the lobby.

There was a broken shelf in the bathroom directly above the faucet which made the sink slightly difficult to use. They had not taken out the trash in my room from the previous guest. The exercise room was a bit limited. It had only a treadmill, a bike, and a resistance machine. I would have prefered some free weights and mats.

The breakfast was wonderful. One of the only hotels in the area that served a full breakfast. The staff was very nice and professional. They made the stay worthwhile.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or the staff. This has been one of the best hotels ever. Especially in the United States. I travel a lot! I am in many different countries all the time and this was very good.

recently renovated

the renovations wasn’t completed all the way and empty holes in the building you can see exposed wires. also landscaping was full of weeds. breakfast was very slow due to Covid and only allowing 1 person to serve you - when busy in the am, need more help - no plates for breakfast, out of OJ, out of eggs, out of milk! poor excuses if breakfast is supposed to be included

easy access. just off interstate Wonderful Mexican Restaurant very close. McDonalds (if you needed it) next door as well as a gas station!

could use a bit of cleaning up. eating area had a couple of places that needed spiffed up. landscaping needed cleaned up

The staff was very kind. The bed was super comfortable and warm! The breakfast was awesome!

There was white flakes on the dresser, night stand and bench. There was hair in the sink and tub. The shower walls looked like they haven't been cleaned in a long time.

Breakfast was just ok. Improvements could be made. The location was great. It was quiet yet right next to the interstate. It was so easy to get on down the road. Staff was really nice and helpful.

Breakfast was not really the way it was advertised. Not many choices. Beds were kind of hard, not very comfortable,
