Hampton Inn Johnson City

The breakfast was delightful, occasionally the staff had difficulty keeping the trays full. The staff was friendly. The amenities were nice. The property is well-run!

It would have been lovely if they had patios or balconies! I wish we had stayed across the hall because we had a view of the Krystal drive-thru haha The exceptional beauty of the area made up for that! The room’s air conditioner was rather woeful and the chairs at the swimming pool have seen better days. Its my understanding the third floor is being renovated, hopefully that includes flooring because carpets were kind of yucky.

Lets start, the staff was AWESOME, went beyond. Super smooth check-in and check-out. The hotel sits between two restaurants. We felt uneasy with the waffle house next door, because you know that is an all night restaurants and you gonna get crowds and crazy people all night long. Thank goodness our room was on the other side not facing the waffle house. The parking is tight. Room was not up to par with a 'Hilton" disappointed with what we paid for the room. Disappointed in the cleanliness all around at this hotel.

The room could have been cleaned A LOT better. There were food crumbs everywhere in the floor area. The bathroom was not clean and up to par. Hair was everywhere, even in the tub. The counters were dirty with cup stains. The a/c blew out a dusty moldy smell. This is not up to par with a "HILTON". Glad I brought my clorox spray, Lysol, wipes. Had to buy an air freshener help with moldy smell. The grounds were okay but could have been cleaned better.

Staff was friendly. The Hampton InnBreakfast was good, Location was great for what we needed. The rooms were clean. I just wish I had time to enjoy the pool.

The A/C unit made a loud humming/ vibration sound when it was going to kick off. I did let the desk know when we left.

Location was excellent to the medical center. Easy access Plenty of fast food, gas, drug store and grocery store nearby. Good selection of breakfast items

1. The duvet is too heavy. 2. I requested a ground floor room near the lobby, stating that my husband is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Pushing himself down a long carpeted hall is difficult. They gave us a room at the very end of the hall.

The location was perfect. The room was clean, bed very comfortable and lots of space for one person. I also liked having a microwave and refrigerator. There were plenty of towels. I understand because of Covid, things needed to be tweaked, but having a coffee maker with only one cup at a time, was a little frustrating. I like a a few cups in the morning...but, no biggy!!

The only thing I can think of is breakfast was cold breakfast because of Covid. I get it, so I didn't partake of breakfast, but I found out they served a hot breakfast on the morning I was checking out. I wish I had known. Also, the ice machine was broken on my floor, so had to go to 1st floor to get ice.

Good breakfast, location. friendly and helpful employees. Yes, I will be staying there again.

Carpet could be cleaned in our room, otherwise it was a great place.

the front door. it only opened half, it was really difficult to maneuver the luggage cart. they let heavy motorbikes park in the entrance area that takes away even more of the scarce space.

This property was perfect. The location was great as well. Every time I travel to Johnson City, I will book at this hotel. It has a very nice workout room and a heated pool. Me and my wife also enjoyed the whirlpool tub in our room as well. The complementary breakfast was good too.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this place, but what I would recommend is more drawer space in the rooms. Other than that, It was a great stay.

I wish you had bacon and/or sausage with the breakfast.

Our 3rd floor room over looked the Krystal drive through. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault. Maybe plant some large trees/shrubs to block that view. The pool was nice! Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Plenty of towels.

Location was great for us. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel was very clean.

First night room rate was 115, our two subsequent nights were 150 a night. The shower head did not move which put me almost up against the faucet wall.
