Hampton Inn Kingsport

I loved the respect, the friendliness of the complete staff starting from my check in at the front desk when I first signed in the Lady was gold she made sure my stay was comfortable even after a toilet problem she was on time and prompt, the room cleaning crew was very kind and polite, and the gentleman that checked me out was very professional , the breakfast was on time with some of everything but Bacon 🥓 😂 but to say I enjoyed my stay very much and when I visit again I know where I'm staying

Well it wasn't much except I had to be moved from a room because had just about got settled all the way in and had to use the bathroom number 1 and after using it I went to flush it and noticed that it wouldn't flush after looking over it I noticed that the water wasn't on and know water was in the reserve tank in the back so after turning the water on it filled I flushed went to wash my hands and noticed that the water never went down it started to running over all the way to outside of the restroom, and I like to sleep with it being cold in the room the thermostat needs to be adjusted it wouldn't let me go down pass 70 degrees that's to hot for me to sleep 😴 comfortable

The breakfast was great!! Just about anything you would want for breakfast was available. My husband normally does not eat omelets but he really enjoyed the western omelet!!

I felt like the price could have been a little less than what I paid. On the flip side we were there for a baseball tournament. We plan on coming back to another tournament later this month and we will probably stay at the Hampton Inn.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a wonderful night's rest, thank you. I also really enjoyed the variety of breakfast foods. The vanilla malt waffles were especially nice.

Being on ground floor with a window onto the parking lot and people at window level was not ideal, but I figured out the curtains (lol) and the blackouts worked really well.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Had a change of plans and had to switch rooms but it was no problem!

Sofa sleeper needed a new mattress (dirty) and the sheets weren't clean. Easy fix though. Staff sent change of sheets and blankets

Hampton Inns are my wife and I's favorite place to stay when we are traveling. I found this place to be one of the best I'd ever stayed at. When you first walked in the hotel it was very apparent how clean it was. When walking down the hall and entering the room you could smell the fragrance of how clean it was... like the smell of soap. Very pleasing. The fella at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was appointed very nicely and the bed was very comfortable. I am very happy with my stay here and would definately stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

Simple but ample breakfast. Very comfortable bed with coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave. Located just off the motorway which was perfect for our needs. Clean and super comfortable bed and pillows. Staff very helpful and personable.

Town and restaurants a bit of a drive away.

Location the hotel was to the bike show we went to. The front desk staff were very accommodating and allowed us to keep our bikes out front by the entry way. The gentlemen said where to park them because they would always be on camera and be watched. Loved that for sure ❤️

There was nothing we didn’t like everything was perfect, could not have had a better weekend get away.

I can't think of anything that could have been better with my stay. Comfort, quiet and cleanliness are the three big C's (one of which is admittedly a Q) for me in hotel stays, and this place had 'em all. The nice young lady with the charming and authentic local accent at the front desk was the icing on the cake.

The bathroom was very spacious. Check in was easy. The room was very comfortable & we will come back to stay again. We hopefully will be coming back sometime in July or August. & we look forward to staying at your facility again.

Jeff, the manager on duty on Oct. 22 after 10pm was amazing. He helped me so much, because of Jeff, Whenever I travel, I will always pick a Hampton no matter if the price is a little higher than other places. He went above and beyond and I'm thankful.
