Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Jonesborough-Johnson City West, TN

Nice location. Clean. Daily variety for breakfast.

No place for outgoing mail. Could not add snacks to room. Had to pay cash and have exact change. We arrived 2 days early and stayed 4 days instead of 2. The 2 new days were not through booking.com. The lady who checked us in understood that. The daytime staff didn't. There was some confusion. Also, the door cards demagnatized very easily. Had to have them redone several times.

We always try to book at a Country Inn & Suites because they're always clean, updated and have a reasonable price. This place was great! We could walk to the Jonesborough "downtown" district by a back route and stay off main streets. We like the town so much we'll be booking at CIS again when we go back!

Nothing--breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and the room was very nice. The indoor pool was AWESOME!

Everything! I was there for a very sad reason, my surrogate son's memorial, and that beautiful place made my stay much better.

There were 2 issues, but they were quickly resolved. The 1st was that my door key didn't work but the manager took care of that promptly. The other was that I found a bed bug, but it could have been brought in on my shoe too. I let the manager know.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was large and I liked the location.

I booked a room with a balcony specifically so I could smoke but there is no smoking allowed on the balcony. Also, there was no toilet paper or kleenex in our room. The balcony backed up to the post office so it did get a little loud at night.

A lot of parking. Working indoor pool (big and working 7am till midnight). Room with balcony options for small extra. Breakfast was decent (but not extraordinary).

Looks like laundry washer didn't work. A lot of contractors trucks on parking lot. They have train station nearby and noise was disturbing occasionally (even late night)

The stay was great for what we needed. They were scheduling times for people to use the pool so there was social distancing. They were delivering breakfast to the rooms so there was no congregating in the dining room. Our room was clean.

I didn't like that breakfast didn't start until 7am. We were there because my son was having surgery the next morning. Breakfast didn't start until 7. I explained what time we had to leave for his surgery and they didn't offer to accommodate us. Also, I thought it was great that they offered a wide variety of snacks. When I brought them up to the desk to purchase some (thought they could just put it on my room, it use my card) they would only take cash for the snacks and drinks.

the only complaint was when I asked for a receipt at the counter when I checked out, the lady said she could not give me one, because it was booked through booking.com, every where else I have stayed which is a lot. can always give me a receipt for my work expense reports even if it’s a estimated receipt. I didn’t not like that at all. atleast give me a estimated cost like all others do because it’s just for a expense report.

The staff were so very professional. Ash was amazing with the check in and his attitude is heart warming. Lisa was so lovely when I asked her about the cookies that I was accustomed to during previous stays, she said during covid that is one thing that was given up... She told me to come back in 30 minutes and she would personally bake a batch of cookies for me... True to her word and the most amazing cookies ever...She went so above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. This was the 6th stay here and each time the maintenance has improved the property such that now the room was spotless and inaccurate... Excellent job to the maintenance staff improving and updating the property. The pool was also open which I understand some hotels don’t open during this time. I will be staying here anytime I am in the area, and would suggest this hotel over others in the area for the value it brings.

Well the only downside which is understandable and would be the same in any hotel during Covid, was the lack of a true coffee service and full breakfast, and the lack of room service to clean the room each day. There was coffee makers in each room and a Hot breakfast you could sign for a 15 min slot to pick up so that was nice at least. Cleaning the room each day is something I have not experienced but this is the first Hotel I have stayed at during Covid and I don’t have a feeling how others are handling this... I can see both sides and feel it is probably best to minimize exposure to both staff and patrons.

There's no words to describe this hotel that's how fabulous from The Breakfast beds staff towels just complete comfort at a price very affordable

I liked it all beds where like sleeping in something that just rapped around you comfort I would have to say Country Inn & Suites is the best hotel from Jonesborough Johnson City in Elizabethton and cheaper did the rest it's more like $100 stay for the price of 60 when the rest of the hotels $30 hotels for $100 a night staff was great the water in the pool just right and a crisp that was in the

The hot tub was fabulous. The room was pretty clean and smelled good. The AC worked well. Definitely a good value for the money. Would definitely stay there again.

The room had a few trash items under the bed and dresser and the breakfast was underwhelming. The towels were also not fabulous and we were only given 2 in a hot tub suite.
