Candlewood Suites - Lebanon, an IHG Hotel0

Room was a bigger than most. The bed was very comfortable when most mattresses aren't to our expectations! Hot tub and heated indoor pool were very relaxing. Hotel was full but didn't hear any noise around us at all.... I like that!!!

We arrived early evening where it was still a little hot out. The air was an issue in our room not cooling enough throughout the whole night. When we expressed our issue with the manager upon checkout, he explained several units were being replaced, but was very gracious in rewarding us with a free night for our discomfort. A lot of managers would just explain it was an issue and that they'll note it.... but he went over and above for us, which was greatly appreciated, more than any other hotel chain would have done. Thank you Michael and Candlewood Staff!

This is the first time staying here , but other family has stayed here in the past . The property and room itself is always maintained and super clean . Room was very spacious with mini kitchen and large bathroom . Beds were AWESOME! Mattresses were very comfortable !

Nothing to complain about

This is my second time staying here. Great room and great service. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is big and having a kitchen is great when staying for a week or two at a time. Had to extend out a couple of times and they were very accommodating at the booking.com price.

Location and construction. It's right off the highway so you will be hearing the highway noise. On this visit they were also doing construction on the side of the building so it was noisy all day long. Getting sleep or studying was very difficult.

It's difficult finding a new hotel.. this hotel still had that new smell..Sierra at the front desk was extremely pleasant and professional

I took a look at prices online for the same room I purchased..it was $50 cheaper.. I normally will bring this to the attention of staff...but I didn't bother..I was so satisfied with my room I just kept quiet about it. Also.. I requested a high floor.. there were 4 floors.. we stayed on the 2nd-floor.. Once again I didn't bother.. I was told it "was not available". When I went jogging the next morning I went up to the 4th-floor.. NO ONE was there..I don't think it's open yet?

Very clean facilities and staff was top notch

We thought we were booked into a ground floor handicap room, but they were unaware of this and none were available.we ended up in second floor standard room, but we made it work. All in all we were well pleased to with accomodations.

Price.

The desk person was rude, didn’t know what she was doing and when I asked questions she asked “if I was impatient .” So rude.

Breakfast was on your own.

They are brand new and had a couple of kinks to work out but the entire staff was all over any little difficulties we experienced.

I like the location and cleanliness of the room.

The pool is freezing. My 6 year old had to get out after 30 minutes.

Extremely clean. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel in a very long time. Loved the JR Watkins shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner that was available instead of the usual hotel hygiene products. Ample parking. Outside pet area with supplied bags to pick up after your dog.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong. AC didn't stay consistently cold

Bed was very comfortable! Laundry room was very convenient. Staff spoke to us each time. Overall good stay!!

Borrowed the large coffee pot & it would not fit under the cabinets in the room. Seemed like the cabinets were installed too low. Hotel had a large leak at the entrance. Materials were flaking off the ceiling.
