The customer service was excellent from the young lady that checked me in and the young gentleman who checked me out to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. They were all top-tier! The breakfast was hot and delicious! The area was clean and so was the room.

During breakfast an older gentleman who worked there was showing the younger gentleman something on the hotel's computer system. The older gentleman spoke loudly. I could hear every word distinctly. Next time, maybe he should use his 6-inch voice.

I didn’t have the breakfast. I did take a look before heading out though. There was plenty to choose from including grits, potatoes, eggs, cereal and pastries.

It was farther from Nashville than I anticipated, but the property and cleanliness were a great trade off. We got the suite with the bedroom, and we lucked up on getting a corner unit so it was right off the elevator. And there are several food options very close by and even a Walmart for quick needs.

I loved the little separation wall. You had a living room area, with a bedroom area. Makes for great room when needing to do some paperwork or catch up on things for the office. While your significant other needs to sleep. Definitely recommend a room like this for the business people that are taking their spouse or significant other with them on the trip.. Overall a great Hotel, with an awesome staff. Highly recommend for business or leisure..

For me personally price per night was a bit high. But I didn't ask for any discounts either.

We were driving from Little Rock, AR all the way across Tenn to NC, looked for a hotel outside of Nashville and found this LaQuinta property. Unable to book a room while we were driving, I called and spoke with someone at the LaQuinta booking center who was abrupt and not as professional as he should have been (he hung up on me when I asked questions about the $40 cleaning charge being the same for both the basic King room and the double King suite which is twice the size). We took a chance that there would be availability on a Monday night at 12:30 am and there was! Chip at the front desk was wonderful & friendly & took good care of us when we checked in. Having never stayed at a LaQuinta property our 1st impression began poorly but ended up great due to Chip's exceptional customer service.

We arrived late-past midnight so we came down to breakfast close to 9:00 and breakfast was already pulled off the bar so we only got to enjoy a little coffee.

The whole entire experience was wonderful. Squeaky clean, amazing service, delicious breakfast options, and more! Our room was comfortable and clean and smelled so good as well!

I couldn't say a bad thing about it. Even though they allow pets, you would never know. All good things from us for sure! We even returned on our way back through!

Location was good and convenient if you are on the road. It was clean, neat and offered a basic breakfast.

The staff at the reception desk at night. She was rude and not helpful. We inform her about at the ice machine not working and she couldn’t care less. The staff in the morning were much more nicer.

The breakfast was more than sufficient, and the staff ensured that your stay met your expectations. For the money, this proved to be an excellent value.

Would always prefer a more elaborate fitness center, but I also must admit, that as a lifelong gym rat, my expectations are somewhat different than most.

It was really clean not to lie but it’s been the cleanest hotel I’ve been too in a while and also the rooms have flooring Instead of carpet

That they are super strict with the pets and that they charge to have them there , I’ve been to other hotels and they don’t charge or mind with the dog/ pets being around

It was clean and the suite had room enough for 3 adults and 2 toddlers.

Lighting - the place seemed dark, there wasn't enough lighting even in the bathroom. We only stayed one night and had to call down for towels because there wasn't enough provided for all of us.

everything was amazing. Breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel chain.

NOT necessarily a dislike, but the jets to the hot tub in our room would not run. :(. BUT IT WAS STILL AN AMAZING SURPRISE TO HAVE AMD AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE. 🥰🥰
