Quality Inn Lebanon

I liked the location. Prime area near alot of restaurants, fast food, gas stations, and grocery shopping. Also, the lady who greeted us at the front desk was real nice in person and over the phone..whoch is hard to come by these days. She made the first impression, a positive one. The free breakfast had plenty of variety. There was a small market as well in the lobby with a few snacks and drinks.

Even though there was wnough parking..the spaces are very tight to get in. Also..our room was a non smoking room apparently, but people in the past, definitely have smoked in there as there were a burn hole in the sheets and the floor smelled smoky as well. The dated carpet needs to be taken out and updated with hard woods instead. Also..saw a few sketchy people hanging around outside.

Loved the location. Loved the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the room.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and pillows were not good. Few things needed to be updated. Especially bedding. Night shift (manager or desk employee ) and daytime desk employee who were discussing things about other employees while we were eating breakfast. Talking about wishing one person would be fired cause they don’t do the job right. And just being very loud and saying things that customers/visitors don’t need to here.

The breakfast was not offered early enough to accommodate us. I need coffee ,7:00am is a late breakfast for business. We did not get to use the service so maybe a different level of service might be implemented.

Maintenance needs to be performed in the room (105) we were in, faucets were loose, very minor rust in the tub, no exhaust fan in bathroom. The linen was thin and worn the bed comforter had a burn hole and the carpet was a little dirty.

We checked in late Saturday night the 28th after the Kenny Chesney concert. We ended up staying here because of another mishap at another hotel. The lady that was working the front desk was very sweet and extremely helpful. She was even able to get us a later checkout. The room was clean and had a very nice clean smell. Beds were some of the most comfortable I've slept in at hotels. Pillows were phenomenal. They weren't like your average cheap flat pillows.

not there fault but homeless people wandering around back of property . burger joint next door people were flying into parking lot and hitting curbs constantly afraid we were gonna get hit while walking ..

I loved everything and no one in my party had any complaints.

I really can’t think of anything. It was perfectly located next to Cracker Barrel. The room was very clean and beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in while traveling. I was surprised at how good the breakfast was!

very convenient, it was all clean except for the bathtub. I cleaned the bathtub so that we could get a shower. loved the bath towels. bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff was great.

Bathtub was dirty. The pool towels are at the front office and they were very small. Breakfast was great but had to keep asking them to bring food out.

We love staying here! You can not ask for better with the cost. Rooms are very clean with a friendly cleaning staff. Location is perfect! Within walking distance to Wal-Mart, Demos, Panera, Cracker Barrel, CiCi's Pizza, Legend's Sports bar, Cook Out, and many other places. And the Pool felt GREAT!!!

The air could have worked a little better- but it was SUPER hot and muggy so I'm sure it had a lot to do with the room temp. Our room wasn't really hot, but did get a little warm mid day.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and room was clean. They allow pets for a nominal fee which was nice. There is adequate parking and nice amenities and pool.

Decor is dated, the rooms enter from the outside making them noisier and there was some ‘drag racing’ down the street as it was a Saturday night, loud

We were here for a Truck event. Location is great, exactly what we needed. near alot of good restaurants. Also walmart is near by. We spent the nights in Nashville with only a 20 minute commute. Def recommend for the amount. Had a few things in bathroom to be repaired, however didnt bother us as they didnt affect us. just cosmetic things.
