The hotel was clean and close to our venue.

Staff was not very friendly. Kitchen help was not happy to be there. Front desk staff was limited and only available when you bothered them in back room. Also staff has different rules. My niece asked for conference room access after her wedding for wedding party for an hour and day staff said no problem but when they arrived at midnight they were told $300.00 fee for room. It would have been nice to know before wedding party arrived. Different rules for different staff is not a way to run an establishment.

More selections and hot food for breakfast. noisy neighbors Thanksgiving night next door. indoor pool and spa. said hotel was pet friendly but did not disclose up charge when booking. a lot of cost adding noted. need more than one baggage cart.

Spacious, clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Centrally located near Lebanon and Nashville.

Terrible waste of plastic (cups, plates, cutlery). we booked this hotel because of the swimming pool but is was closed. The hotel should mention this on booking.com

We liked the staff in the hotel, they are very attentive and friendly. Their level of service is very good. It is good to have the opportunity for doing laundry there.

The industrial processed breakfast is not nice to eat. It would change the whole experience of the hotel if freshly made breakfast was available.

noisy, the room was near the lobby, there needs to be doors between the lobby and the rooms to keep it quiet too much echoing, the breakfast needs more of a variety and less powdered eggs ,

The breakfast was great but the staff that keep the breakfast always hot and very well served. The coffee bar is very appealing with many options.

The guests would follow the rules picking up after best friends. I do but I have noticed across the state that it happens. Just watch your step.

I like that the facilities were new and clean and had sanitation stations in a lot of places! The rooms were bug and comfy and the walk in shower was huge!

The lady that checked us in was kind of rude. She argued with us that we didn’t have a reservation … even after we showed her the booking confirmation. She was almost confrontational. 😳 And it was always noisy. It sounded like there was a house party in the room above us until about 3 in the morning. Loud music and stomping and I think they rearranged the furniture a few times. And it’s right by a busy roadway. You could hear loud vehicles all night long.

The hotel was very modern and entirely clean throughout. I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. Parking is a little small but the hotel was busy and I always found a spot. Plus your room key will let you in from any side of the building, not just the front entrance. The walk in showers are clean, large, and overall above average. Bathroom and bedroom very nice and spotless. Very happy, will stay again.

The cleanliness could be better. Please always check the Linen and make sure it's really changed. We had a horrible experience but they made it right, thank you.
