Baymont by Wyndham Murfreesboro

The room was clean (including the bed and the towels), all the essentials were present (towels, soap, shampoo, micro-wave, fridge...). All the equipments (TV, shower, micro-wave, fridge ...) worked well. The receptionnists were kind. Well situated. No noise. The room was spacious.

On Booking, it is mentioned that the hotel has a fitness room (with a photo showing equipments). Actually, the fitness room was empty (only 2 exercise balls inside). A bit disappointing, given that it was a criteria for me to choose this hotel. The description on Booking should be updated.

Everything! I travel through Bowling Green a few times each year but this was my first time staying at this property. I will definitely return! I loved the location away from the interstate and heavy traffic, but convenient to local restaurants in the WKU area. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone but felt safe. Many breakfast options were available, the coffee was delicious, and the dining area had an open and relaxing vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful.

My only suggestion is that a microwave be available in the rooms, but that's a minor quibble. It didn't detract from my satisfaction.

The staff is easily the best part of staying at this hotel. The girl on first shift is a very professional lady, has a great overall attitude. The lady on second shift is awesome, and very down to earth. They both are an amazing asset to this company.

I've stayed here multiple times and the only problems I've had here are with the laundry facilities, and the drink machines. I've probably loat $20 all together because of them but other than that no complaints

Lost money in the drink machine. It's right in front of the front desk but you still don't get refunds. Also lost money because a washer was broke and the dryer took multiple times to dry clothes. Couldn't open the refrigerator in my room, so food I had bought had to be thrown away

Anytime I'm in Murfreesboro and have to stay overnight...I always choose the hotel. Havw stayed several times over the last 3 years during state basketball tournament and AAU tournaments. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Conveniently located.

My room was upstairs as a traveling healthcare worker I had a lot of stuff to carry with no elevator was a task, the fridge was a lil small an not as cold as I would have liked but was far the best place I've stayed in awhile and believe me I work in meny cities an states

such a great price for a great stay! the hotel was clean. staff was friendly. Hotel is Pet friendly. we were able to bring our dogs with no problems. we have a German Shepherd who can be a little difficult to deal with, the hotel easy room access was perfect! I absolutely recommend.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Urine was evident on the floor in front of the toilet. The tub wasn't scrubbed. You could see a ring around the tub and the hair in there was nt rinsed down. Coffee maker was in need of a wiping along with the microwave and fridge.

Put in 2 dollars in coca cola machine and it didnt give me coke the machine was right in front of reception counter and he refused to repay me said he didnt make money on machine.. And Ive been charged on my credit card for 2 nights which Im disputing not a good way to do business.
