No elevator.

Clean rooms and spaces (saw many people cleaning in some way while here). Super clean and sparkly pool! I didn't see 1 piece of trash anywhere. Comfortable beds.

The only thing was no breakfast really, and the hotel was advertised as having one. I chose this hotel while searching for "free breakfast" and "pool". I awoke early hoping for something to eat before I left. Only like a few disappointing pieces of bread, and, oddly, a bunch of wrapped Madeleine cookies, juice and coffee. Thats it! It was 8 am and still an hour left yet I was forced to eat awlful & sugary Raisin Bran ( I need to eat before taking my meds. I never eat sugar cereals at home, and I don't want to eat crap if I have to!!

Front desk clerk was very nice. Room super clean and cold. Showers hot. Central location, around pretty much everything. Able to pay deposit with cash and they refund the next morning after they do a quick room check. Very quiet and safe. Great value for families and No Pet Fee!! Traveled with 2 kids and a Pug.

Road to location a little hard to see in the evening. But easy to find once you've driven it once... its literally right after the marathon gas station.

The courtesy call to verify my stay as I had not arrived yet Front desk staff- polite. Morning staff (AA lady) polite & very helpful. Daily she had a smile on her face & willing to assist you with concerns or needs. Our iron didn't work and she made sure to find us one that did Location - was convenient for my travels within the city Very clean inside & out for pets too. You didn't know they were there unless you saw them

Breakfast- not enough options - couldn't eat what they had

First off the staff was amazing, 10/10. The room was average size but did involve a little bar-like table I had never seen before. I was also surprised to see a metal safety guard on the door that prevents people from coming in. I liked that a lot due to the level of safety precaution. Overall a great experience.

Once I received my key I was informed that there was no elevator. Luckily the property was only 2 stories, but still! Also I hated that every door slammed if you didn’t shut it gently on purpose. Wasn’t a huge bother while going in and out, but you could hear several rooms throughout the night

Affordable and clean rooms , like the flooring - non carpet . In a great location - you have restaurants, Target and Walmart all right there . Good customer service .

No elevators - so just be mindful but it’s only two floors . No big deal unless you have a lot of luggage. Also wish you could circulate the room air - I felt it got stagnant quickly .

Very comfortable beds. Updated and a nice looking room. 2 queen size beds and pets are free. I like how the bathroom is private and roomy. Big screen TV, microwave and small refrigerator even though it wasn't that cold..no coffee pot but had coffee in the morning and a small choice of cereal and yogurt and juices.

Not mopped. Wood floors were dirty.I had to clean the floors and they were black on my rag! Cup marks from previous people on night stand. I had to clean that to. I had to clean bathroom floor too. Rest of the room was clean.

Staff was very friendly and kind. On arrival they have a problem printing the key-cards but there was always someone at desk ready to open your room in case of need. Also, breakfast was good, it was very pet friendly, easy to find, it is a very amenable place to stay overnight on a road trip.

Closed was a bit small, but for one night it went perfect.

Basic, pet friendly, low cost . I just needed a place to freshen up and sleep while traveling. Like that coffee available 24 hours because I needed to start my travel before breakfast hours.

I stayed here a month ago and breakfast was very week so I brought my own this time. It is hard to drive to property because there is so much traffic in the area and the street to hotel is tricky to get to.

I loved the staff, how clean it was and how easy the check-in was and the prices were good too!

I think they should clarify what they mean by "breakfast included" it's a cold breakfast which is ok if that's what you know your getting, when hear breakfast I think of bacon, sausage, eggs and pancakes ect. Also there's no elevator but it's only two floors soo that's just me being lazy!
