Hilton Garden Inn Murfreesboro

Very nice, the staff were so helpful and polite. The full breakfast was good, a lot of choices. Loved the option of paying for breakfast ahead of time. The offer of hot freshly made pancakes as an option was nice & they were very good & brought to the table by the staff. Mom said the grits were creamy & not lumpy, lol! The bisquits were really good. Fresh fruit available. The room and the hotel were very clean. Sanitizing wipes were readily available to wipe the carts down & noticed them by the elevators too, very helpful. The wall mounted lighted makeup mirror was fantastic! Loved having a keurig coffee maker in the room, more cups were available from the front desk & the coffee maker was clean & easy to operate. Check out was a breeze.

Some kind of door stop available to keep the door open while moving in the luggage would be helpful for the elderly. The door is very heavy but it was mainly a problem for my handicapped mother. The hand sanitizer by the elevator was empty when I was leaving. The eggs were a little dry, overcooked on breakfast bar but fresh ones were being prepared.

Excellent facility and very clean. Loved the updated features; plug-in outlets and USB's,everywhere, great big-screen TV, and very nice shower!

Breakfast items are average at best, for this facility I would expect better and with more choices... The staff were extra friendly, however, as an "old-school" person, I'm disappointed that a company like Hilton would allow extreme tattoos, piercings and men painted finger nails for the employees...

Very nice hotel, clean and modern, Great location, Price was the same if not cheaper to all other hotels in the vicinity. I was able to check in early and it was a breeze. There is free parking and the location felt secure.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like, Everything went smoothly.

I like the Tesla charge stations. I like the convenience and I felt safe. I also like the food and service in the dining area.

The price was high! But I think there were some concerts and fairs there on the weekend of my stay.

Food was not good, breakfast was cold, staff was mostly nice accept one woman was consistently rude and angry. The bar was was pleasant. Pool was inviting.

The location was in a prime area in Murfreesboro. The check-in was easy and efficient. The front desk clerk paid attention to the type of room I wanted.

The beds could've been softer. They were kind of too firm for my taste and I got up each morning with a back ache. The shower was slippery and I think they should seriously consider using some traction around the tub. We paid extra for the breakfast but it didn't look like there was much to choose from and did not look appealing. We just chose to eat elsewhere.

The staff was very professional, courteous, and there when you needed them. They made sure the room was clean and ready before giving us the key. The facilities were immaculate from the parking lot to the room.

The only thing I didn't like was having only one day to spend at this location...but we'll be back.

The hotel was the nicest Hilton Garden Inn that I have stayed at. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and it was very good.

The coffee maker in our room was brewing cold coffee.

Clean and safe location

Nicole and dime. Breakfast extra. High speed Internet extra. Even water bottles extra. Just put that stuff in the room price.
