Candlewood Suites Murfreesboro, an IHG Hotel

The staff on nightshift was very understanding that we came from florida and was very sweet to reinstate our reservation. Since we booked from the 7th to the 8th.We are from illinois and usually have to pay for the night before if we plan on checking in late . So if we arrive at 3am we had to pay for a stay on the 7th to stay until checkout on the 8th. The gentlemen was so nice and was really patient with us 4 adults and 5 kids ages 1 to 8. The hotel was under construction for renovation, but let me tell you the upgrades are AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING was beautiful and extravagant!!! The rooms came with a fridge,freezer, desk, stove top, coffee maker, personal bathroom, 2 queen beds with AMAZING, COMFORTABLE sheets and pillows, spacious for a family of 5 and other room family of 4, colors in room were gorgeous and calming, the bathrooms had ample towels and washcloths, they had dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in HIGE bottles for use, and the kitchen came with utensils, cups, and other accessories for dining, and had a dresser and flat screen t.v. therewas plenty more in the room as well. On top of all this the morning staff was so sweet and interacted with the kids in a sweet way by making jokes with them, being attentive, and being playful with them. They were amazing listeners and gave excellent ideas for things to do and very informative on anything you asked them!!!! Highly recommended this place!!!! Definitely will be back!!! Pmus the pricing is amazing only $250 for both queen rooms is what I payed!!!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!!!!

Our room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the fact there was almost a full kitchen in the unit. I was not expecting that but now I know for next time! Comfortable beds, friendly staff!

The ONLY issue I had was that I was running late (we didn't check in until after midnight) and even though I called to let them know I was still coming, they had cancelled my reservation so I had to do the entire process over again and I was tired. The lady at the front desk was still amazing and went as quickly as she could!

The location was great. Lots of restaurants in area. For us a breakfast included would have been good. Staff were great.

A second chair in room. We had our cereal for breakfast but only one chair to sit at counter.

Located was great. There was no breakfast.

No one told us there was no one to clean rooms over the weekend. We had to take towels to the front desk. Other than that everything was super!

Pet fee! $50 a night is outrageous! Web site said $20 with maximum of $60. I had to pay $100 plus tax pet fee and was told the site was not updated.

The bed and linens were so comfortable. I liked that it had all entities. I wish I were there long enough to enjoy them.

That it had coffee and a maker in the room but no carafe. And if I wanted some I had to go all the way downstairs across from the desk.

The location is fantastic. Very close to great food and things to do, but not in a very high traffic area.

I am allergic to smoke, and I learned I had to hold my breath every time I came through the front entrance because the smokers gathered there to smoke.

clean room plenty of room for a little one to roam about. Big enough bathroom to move around. Comfortable beds plenty of nice pillows.

Quiet and clean. Great central location close to tons of places to grab food. Rosemary at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Wonderful experience!

The one small thing was that the provided conditioner was empty, but I had my own with me as a back up. Also I would have liked to have seen doggy waste cans/poop bags somewhere(like other dog friendly hotels I’ve stayed) but again I had my own so no big deal there either.

Everything in the hotel room was very good. The staff, cleanliness, etc.

Wasn't able to stream in order to rent movies.
