Location was close to everything. Restaurants within walking distance. It was a very clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable.

No elevator to 2nd floor, not a deal breaker but unexpected. There were 2 of us, but only enough soap and shampoo for 1 person in the room. The cable went out on our last night, not the hotel's fault... but a discount for the inconvenience would have been nice.

Location. Value for price. Front desk receptionist. I didn't get his name but he was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, very roomy for the price. Near shopping and restaurants.

A few cosmetic things that should have been fixed or upgraded before renting the room out. Plaster on the wall that hadn't been painted, the sofa was hard leather with slight tears in the seating had to be covered to sit on with shorts comfortably. My biggest complaint was the housekeeping morning shift looking in the window then trying to come in the door even though he saw me, just to ask if I had dirty towels. It was well before check out and I was only staying the one night. Those things are usually done while cleaning the room AFTER the guest has checked out. I'm glad I had used the flip lock. Made me very uncomfortable. I told the front desk clerk who was very polite, apologetic and said he would take care of it.

Like the laminate floor vs carpet, bed and pillows comfortable, room clean, staff very friendly

Parking limited as to number of spots and size, I had to park off property I had trailer, access to south side of rooms only accessible from north side by steps or breezeway, several homeless wandering on grounds and parking lot, breakfast was limited to waffle or yogurt only,

hate to say it but the smell of the room was rough. had to grab a can of Lysol.

staff was friendly n helpful getting me in a room as usual. although it was not my reserved room bc I ask to use my AAA for a cheaper rate. Breakfast was served on time with a smile and with an enjoyable fair choice of items

I ask for a fresh air room on 1st floor due to my COPD and Asthma... Room was not on 1st floor as requested. and had a very strong musk odor..

Comfortable and large! It was in a great central location to everything and everyone we came to see. The staff was wonderful always helpful and never obtrusive. Clean rooms and grounds as well!

I liked the room decor and cleanliness. The sweet lady at the front desk was very accommodating. The room was comfortable and the beds comfy. water pressure was good and the vanity had good lighting. In the morning there was breakfast and coffee waiting. It was a great place to stay and was a great value! If I go back I would stay here again for sure. I also recommend it if you are looking for a nice place.

There weren't really any cons to this property. It was all really nice.

The breakfast was satisfying. The location was easy enough along with restaurants to chose from was good as well. When I asked about my bill they had the answers.

As far as cleanliness the floors needed to be mopped better, we had black stuff on our feet and socks. There was sticky stuff on the night stand and dresser.

Convenient location. My wife liked the waffle maker. Good internet. Looks like it's had a recent remodel, so a lot of the furniture was new and I liked the faux wood floors.

Breakfast was a little limited for me since I don't like too much sugar for breakfast. I mostly had bagels with cream cheese each day. They did have fruit and peanut butter. Some boiled eggs would have been nice. Some of the remodeling work could have been done better, but it's ok.

Nice room however for the cost the refrigerator could have worked and a dirty laundry plastic bag would have been a nice addition. Check-in ladies are very nice and helpful.

Although check-out isn't until 11:00 or 12:00 it's very obvious the cleaning crew want you outta there by 8:00 am. They go around and look in the windows to see if you're gone. They want you gone.
