DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Nashville Downtown

Staff was great and very helpful. Room and all furnishings were excellent. This was one of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had.

The parking options were overnight parking in an off-property parking lot (paid) or the Hotel's valet service. The Valet staff were understaffed at the time of our visit and as such there were complications in both getting the vehicle to the valet service, and when leaving. We requested our vehicle before leaving to head to the front desk, but it still ended up taking around 45 minutes to an hour before the vehicle was ready. If you're not planning on driving in Nashville this may not be that bad for you, but if you plan on using your vehicle to make trips, I would suggest alternative transportation/parking. However, as understaffed as the valet staff was, they were always kind and helpful.

Convenient location in the city itself. Great distance from the stadium (the main reason we were in town). The hotel had what we needed inside IF we didn't want to venture out. The hotel restaurant food was good and Starbucks is always a win.

The price of valet is a little steep I think especially if you are a guest of the hotel. Also the morning of check out for some strange reason we did not have hot water. The water got hot later but by then for us it was too late we were ready to leave

The staff, from the front desk Bobbi & Caleb. Provided excellent care and were impressed with their hospitality and attentiveness. The bartenders both night and day on 2 separate visits were kind and friendly. The valet staff, 2 younger men and one older were extremely helpful with cabs and luggage storage. Your staff makes this property.

The cleanliness of my room, was subpar in the bathroom upon my arrival. I know the hotel is best bang for your buck, but eliminating hairs of prior guests should not be overlooked in any bathroom.

As always, the helpful friendly staff makes you feel welcome upon arrival and I just love that after a long drive and I show up in my flip flops looking like a bum. They don’t care, they treat you nice and that warm cookie is like a big hug! Rooms are always clean. I’ve never had issues there. Beds are comfy and lots of firm pillows.

It was a bit pricey for my budget but once we got there and I saw how close we are to the fun I realized I paid for being able to walk safely just a couple blocks at 3AM back to my room without worries of an Uber and plenty of security guards outside.

It was extremely close to the event we were attending. The staff was very helpful and the room was very comfortable.

It was under construction and there were few signs to tell you which elevator to take and how to find the room. Also the only way to park is valet and its very expensive. We didn't know that till we get there.

Great location if you want to be downtown. Excellent service by all staff. I was there for a conference and the food was really good

It's expensive and the bed wasn't that comfortable especially for the price. Not that many amenities either

They did not tell us rooms were not going to be cleaned daily due to Covid. You had to ask to have the room cleaned.Seems as though they should be cleaned more frequently. When we asked for more towels they were never brought to us. One garbage can in room doesn’t seem like a good idea if they aren’t cleaning daily. Pool was under construction and there wasn’t any notification about that either. Decent stay.

Modern clean rooms, friendly staff and good location

The breakfast was 25$ which I thought was excessive. You could help yourself, but if you just wanted a light breakfast, it was a lot to pay. We went outside the hotel to eat instead.

Above all - the pillows! So snug and comfy, the bed too. The room was clean, everything worked ok. Perfect location for exploring the city. Fab breakfasts.

We were pleased with everything. Perhaps the selection on the bar menu for eating could have been better.
