Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown

Restaurant was surprisingly good for how little it was. Had a dinner and a breakfast and both were good....anbd we needed no reservations. cCose to all attractions so could walk. Front desk was able to hold our bags for an afternoon before check in and after check out so we could tourist. The Skye lounge was a great view and quiet and relaxing. Plenty of towels, coffee,/tea. Work out room good too.

The only negative I have was we had two double beds. One bed after we pulled the sheets down the sheet was damp. It was too late to call front desk so we just both slept in the one bed. We pulled covers back and basically it dried up by morning so we didn't really have anything to show the front desk. We pulled sheet off and noticed that probably the mattress had som e stains and they were probably wiped with a damp rags and it bleed through to sheet. I can't remember if there was a mattress pad. Anyway it didn't end up being a big deal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is far enough away from Broadway to avoid the noise, but close enough to walk day or night. The room was comfortable and clean, but did have some noise through the adjoining door, (we could hear the neighbours snoring loud enough to be woken up), but street noise was quiet.

The only real complaint relates to the elevators. One evening it took 15mins for an elevator to arrive and when it did, it was completely full, there was a conference on, but the length of time it took to arrive was a bit unreasonable to wait, a few of us ended up taking the stairs, which was no issue, but potential to wait a long time, only then to take the stairs anyway.

Great location, away from the crowds, but then also a bit of a walk back up the hill. Staff were gracious and helpful. The room was just right, but then we didn't spend much time in it.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic and kind of a free-for-all, but not free. Still, we ate there because there aren't a lot of breakfast places nearby, and the choices were pretty good. Enjoyed having the bar open for an after-concert cocktail. Enjoyed our quiet room after the ear-jangling on Broadway.

Room was exceptional 👌. I would definitely stay there again. The overnight desk experience expert was the best I've ever encountered.

I booked through booking.com. when I arrived, the hotel couldn't locate my reservation. They searched for it several ways for 20 mins. It was embarrassing. I had to eventually step out of line and call booking.com who handled everything while I was on the phone. There is no pool!! This was one of the reasons I selected the property.

Staff was very friendly and attentive and accommodating. . Rooms were cleaned very well every other day. Lobby was spotless and welcoming.

The outside attendants didn’t help us with our bags upon arrival or departure. We struggled with 4 bags up the stairs and to our room. There was not a refrigerator in our room so we requested one at the front desk in which they delivered one right away. This property doesn’t have a pool which is a big downfall.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to Broadway and most major attractions and restaurants/bars. Staff on arrival were extremely nice and accommodating given we were early for check in. Roof top bar also very nice for wind down/last call and great 360 degree city view.

Staff on arrival were nice and accommodating, but when we returned from walking around to actually check into our room the new staff working the front desk completely messed up all the original accommodations that were made earlier and were rude about it.

Location was great. Walking distance to many great restaurants and entertainment. Great staff -- everyone we encountered from the desk reception to the bartender to the valet were friendly and pleasant to deal with.

The shower had some real issues -- flipping from cold to hot suddenly and losing and gaining pressure suddenly. At one point is sent my child leaping out of the tub. That and the the rather dirty, threadbare chair in our room were the only reasons I did not give this hotel higher marks.

Stayed for Kid Rock concert. Great location to Bridgestone and other great spots. All in walking distance. Which was great for us we didn't have to Uber. Easy checking, clean comfortable rooms. Quiet considering location and size of Sheraton. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Missed out on seeing the sky lounge..my fault.

it was a very nice and clean facility. The golf cart driver, Asher, the Dasher was great. He saved us a lot of light work up and down that hill. 

Make sure that you have good walking shoes. It is not exactly downtown. It is on top of the hill about a half a mile to Broadway. Not so bad. Going down coming back. It’s a little tough.

we were only there one night, strangest thing, there was no cold water. By that I mean HOT water was coming out of the cold faucet on the sink, shower cold side and even feeding the toilet. I don’t mean the water was warm, I ran faucet and shower for 5 minutes and the water temperature from cold faucet would burn your hand. It was obvious that maintenance had tied hot water supply to cold water lines. Very strange.
