good location and rooms

we parked valet for 3 days and I got a ticket from parking authorities. it took me 2 weeks to get it cleared up myself with parking authority. i contacted hotel during that time multiple times and they did nothing to get to parking authority until it was all resolved by my doing.

Room was very comfortable and spacious! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the location is very central. Also, the gym was surprisingly very good!

Staff, especially Kevin at the front desk was amazing and got me a great room that fit my needs and early check in. The room was huge and a show stopping suite. I walked in and my jaw dropped. Water pressure was wonderful. Room was very clean and had amenities I wasn't expecting like pots, pans, glassware, etc... The fridge and freezer with ice maker was definitely appreciated on the 100+ day I arrived. I definitely wish I could have extended my stay to take fuller advantage of that room.

A few things in the shower needed maintenance, shower wand needed a rubber washer as it was dripping. The lighting in the bathroom was very dark, made getting ready a little difficult. A note explaining the different buttons for the lighting and windows would have been good. They were not simple switches and some explanation would have made things easier. I haven't been to Nashville in decades and had no idea that hotel prices would be SO expensive. This hotel was comparable to others in the area, but ouch.

Location was excellent for my business meeting. It was a short walk to the Tennessee Tower. I would definitely use it again in the future. The hotel was a good value. The food was good. The parking and breakfast staff was very helpful and made my stay worthwhile.

The bed was had stains and it was hard. I expected the room to made daily, but many hotels are cutting back on that service. The staff during the early morning was not as helpful and just sat around reading the paper. Although, during the day, the other gentleman was nice and helpful. He provided me with suggestions where to go and eat as I was not familiar with Nashville and its surrounding areas, in spite of heavy traffic.

Typical morning hotel breakfast. Scramble eggs, make yourself waffles, coffee, toast, yogurt, fresh fruit. Breakfast was included & area was clean. Plenty of staff to assist if needed & the staff was greatly willing to help. Very approachable!

Nashville apparently is known for lack of parking. There are lots of private lots that are less than the hotel valet parking. I will definitely research alternatives for future. With that said the valet were very friendly & busy. They were hustling! Was difficult for us as we drove our own vehicle to all destinations & often returned back to the hotel for a short period & would leave again. Our vehicle was not on hotel premises, the valet would walk/run (they hustled) to the parking garage to retrieve. The staff did an excellent job, would be easier to have immediate access.

Lovely and comfortable surrounding in both room and common areas. We were with a large group of old friends and we found the hotel lobby area and dining areas to be very convenient and accommodating to our daily gatherings. The staff was very hospitable and helpful to all of us. The breakfast was very good and extensive with fresh fruit, and daily varied menu items like French toast, bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs and more. Wednesday night Happy Hour had assorted complimentary wines, beers and appetizers. Soup & salad were also offered.

No complaints

The hotel was extremely conveniently located, walking distance to so many attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My first assigned room smelled bad and the staff were able to change my room immediately. The breakfast was great, many options to choose from. I enjoyed the built-in kitchen area, I was able to keep my leftovers and easily heat up the next day to save a little on meal costs. I would stay here again.

My first room smelled like smoke even though all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, so I changed rooms. When I booked through Booking.com there was some miscommunication and my room wasn't actually booked at the hotel, so the hotel had to recreate my reservation based on my confirmation email from Booking.com. I was told it was lucky that I got there so early for check in otherwise I might not have had a room. I don't know if fault should be assigned to Booking.com or the hotel for the oversight.

The property is very clean and provides a hot breakfast with many different choices. The bar tender Rachel and Kayla were super nice however the bar doesn’t offer any incentives to give these girls business. They had no entertainment and no drink specials.

The bar was way too over priced and empty. $18 for one glass of Josh wine in an empty bar! Also it’s located up hill from Broadway. I think this hotel is ideal for business travels but for leisure travelers I would stay elsewhere.

Great location, just 10 minutes walk from Broadway. Ryman Auditorium, Farmers Market, Country Music Hall of fame all a short walk away too. The suite itself was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, good selection of hot items which varied each day & usual continental staples. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and friendly, added bonus that our room was ready at 11.45am when we arrived.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED STAYING HERE! By far the BEST hotel experience I've ever had! Staff was all very friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything! Hotel is SUPER CLEAN! Our suite was very comfortable in size, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Continental breakfast had many great options, with a beautiful area to dine in. The bar was chill - our bartender was Nancy and she was excellent!! We used the valet service and it was so great! The staff was super quick about getting our car to us and very friendly!

I have no complaints about this hotel.
