Quality Suites Nashville Airport

The breakfast was bit to be desired could have had more choices , The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfy one of the best beds for a Hotel . The show was clean and had great water pressure !

We wish we would have been told that the pool was not going to be open while we were there ! And few of the staff was hard to under stand and some I dont think could speak English or understand it . But there was a young Girl at the front desk on Sat the 24th for the evening shift sorry dont know her name but she was Very helpful and a joy to talk to she was the Best of all of the staff we came in contact with while we were there hope you commend her for a job well done Please !!!

Pleasant staff, spacious and well appointed room, very hearty breakfast (biscuits, eggs, bacon/sausage, etc), restaurant right off the lobby (I ordered a margarita to go, and took it to my room!).

The shuttle does not run after 11 PM!!! I emailed the hotel several times to confirm that I could use the shuttle because my flight was arriving after midnight. The hotel never responded. The hotel left reviews on booking.com that indicated that the shuttle picked up after midnight. On the day of my flight, I called the hotel to confirm and was told that the shuttle did not run that late. In addition, there were two huge gashes in the carpet in my room, right near the door.

I received a suite, which was a nice surprise. I wish I'd had more than a one-night stay (actually just a few hours) to enjoy the room. I was not able to stay late enough for breakfast, but it sounded like it would be exceptional. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and fun to speak with. The location was perfect, just five minutes from the airport. A Mexican restaurant is located in the building, and it was quite busy.

The bathtub surface was very slippery. It appears non-skid pads were in place at one time, but they are worn down. And since the drain did not function quickly, it did not take long for the water depth to reach above my ankles. I did not feel it would be safe to try to take a longer shower.

Spotlessly clean room, room was very spacious, comfortable matresses, generously sized pull out sofa, well designed room space with sink outside the toilet/bath room,, nice outdoor pool, kind and helpful staff, love that the room has a ceiling fan, breakfast was varied and had plenty of savory, sweet, hot, and cold items, sizeable mini fridge, keurig machine with tea options and not just coffee, excellent location, hotel lobby is spacious, well lit, and has a friendly atmosphere, Mexican restaurant on-site. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again next time we are in Nashville!

The bed , the room, the View, and especially the breakfast.

Mold in refrigerator and not working and the microwave wasn't working.

From the moment you walk in, THE PLACE IS A BEAUTY! Front desk staff (Bella & Robin) was so welcoming with a warm, friendly and attentive approach. Bella accompanied my family's early arrival with no hassle and answered whatever questions we had, and Robin was so nice to ensure we had enough towels etc for any needs (their definitely a reason we'd come back)🤩🤩🤩 Everything was perfectly clean and neat! And actually exceeded my expectations! Bathroom was so clean and housekeeping even went as far to fold the towels in a decorative way that was beautifully done. The tvs have Direct TV channels that was amazing and the kids enjoyed that. The beds??? Omg I felt as though I was sleeping on cloud 9 and I'm far along in pregnancy with sciatica with a NEED for comfort. Amenities work wonderfully, like literally everything. My family and I didn't want to leave, we'll be visiting again😊

breakfast and close to airport for our really late arrival. 12:50 am!!

our first impression was a disgusting couch with giant black stains and rips in it! that grossed us out so we felt uncomfortable right away! covered it with blanket. get that removed from room. I was being kind rating u high as I did with that couch.

We felt right at home. The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself seemed to be very well kept. Everything looked cleaned and taken care of. The location was perfect. We have never had such friendly service. Everyone was wonderful. The breakfast was so good. We would definitely stay there again.

The only issue we had was the hot water. It seemed to run lukewarm.

The room was quite large. Bed was very comfy and sheets were clean and not creepy like some hotel bedding can be. everything was clean. couch was a bit old. Pool looked really nice and nice sitting area around it. Breakfast had pretty much everything you could want and was in a nice open area. Airport shuttle was handy. The Parilla restaurant in the hotel was super! Big portions and delicious!

Our shower didn’t drain properly but they were going to get maintenance to look at it.

Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast was delicious. Great location and loved that a restaurant was attached so we didn't have to leave after driving all day.

Breakfast temperature needs to be warmer. No other complaints.
