Red Roof Inn PLUS+ Nashville Airport

I loved Holly! She was excellent!!! Always very helpful, and great with giving us ideas on places to visit, when we needed more towels she was so helpful in getting us what we needed. We did love how the room smelt coming in each time we left and came in, smelled cleaned and welcoming.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and I didn't sleep well at all due to the bed and pillows. For it being a king bed and paying what we paid, we really thought the beds would have been more comfortable. Not very welcoming due to that, and after a long trip and drive, I was looking forward to a comfortable bed and was very disappointed. The floor probably would have been better.

Very clean comfy king bed room on 1st floor. Was very quiet and ample parking. We were traveling with our pet on Christmas Eve. We chose it because it was very close to the airport and was listed as pet friendly. The decor was very modern.

The ONLY negative was there was no microwave, mini fridge, or coffee maker in the room. It was Christmas Eve, and we knew everything was going to close early, so we brought food and drinks to keep in the room. While we could get ice, there was no way to keep it all cold so we had to put somethings back in our car cooler and it was frustrating to not be able to heat up our food which was very disappointing considering there was ample room for these appliances and this was a red roof plus+.

Great value. The room was very clean and well decorated. Bathroom was a bit small but adequate. Location close to the airport.

The heater could not keep up with the cold when set anywhere in normal settings. The Manager was very helpful and we found that if set in the high 80's it was adequate. He said he would get the maintenance man to fix it for future customers. He also offered to move us to another room.

I have to say I've been to alot of Red Roof Inns, all of them had been bad experiences, but this was the BEST, I do alot of traveling and I would say this was the best place, clean, the staff was friendly, it couldn't have been much better than this. There were no loud people, you couldn't hear your neighbors, even tho it was right by the airport I will say I slept the best there, kiddos to the stuff and general manager there for keeping the place as good as it was. I will definitely stay there again as we are planing on going to Nashville again. Thank you so much for the most amazing stay I've had in years!!!

Holly the desk clerk is either a twin or she never leaves. She is a very friendly and willing to help with anything. The location is good, not far from places of interest. There are restaurants within walking distance. The room wasn't too small and was just as pictured in the images on their web site. I was impressed how fast they had the elevator buttons repaired and working again. Friendly staff.

The drain didn't drain well on the sink and the safe kept giving me an error code, I gave up. The 1st floor button got smashed on the elevator so we had to get off on the 2nd and use the steps, was fixed quick though.

I love how friendly and kind the staff are especially Renee she always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome every trip! I just love staying at this hotel every Time I’m in Nashville this is where I stay! It’s super clean, quiet and a very friendly location, it’s also not far from restaurants, gas stations

Usb ports for charging in room...BIG plus! Staff was friendly, kind and very proficient. Room was clean, bathroom very clean, plenty of towels and such.

Maybe another trash can? My room had only one. Micro and small fridge would be nice. Even if the fridge was a box style that sits on the table would help keep sodas cool.

Location was awesome. Close enough to downtown but far enough away to avoid the noise and traffic of Broadway

There was a burn hole in our comforter, and a broken drawer in the room. Neither compromised our stay, and I'm not complaining about them at all. Those were just two things that "could have been better"
