Drury Inn & Suites Nashville Airport

I love my room once they got it right. When we first arrived we were given the wrong room much smaller than what we requested. We were compensated for their error so for that I thank them. I love that there was free parking. And there were plenty of sitting areas so even though I couldn't get to the pool my guest and I still had a place to kind of hang out during happy hour and enjoy each other. Speaking of happy hour that was one of our favorite times as well great drinks great bartender nice atmosphere. Will be back to visit Drury inn in Nashville in November.

I didn't like the fact that the pool was always full early in the morning mid afternoon late night just full full. Nobody had on masks or even tried to social distance. I felt very unsafe even walking by the pool. I didn't like how breakfast was set up there were no sneeze guards or anything of the such the food was wide open guess we're sneezing and coughing in the vicinity of it I think I ate one time after that I just grabbed a banana and muffin and made coffee in my room. I ate breakfast at the Urban cantina had to leave the property but whatever. They just need better safety measures.

The free dinner/drinks at night is a game changer. We didn’t have to pay for dinner for my kids any night this week because they ate at the hotel that saved us a ton of money. And who doesn’t love free alchohol.

There was one staff member that was working night time in the kitchen that was rude on multiple different occasions. I do not fault the hotel for this overall so it did not impact the score because the rest of the staff there went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed but on two separate days we did have problems with the same employee at nighttime in the dining area.

Very clean, comfortable hotel. The free breakfast has everything you can imagine! But if you’re one of those that complain that they serve the same meat 2-3 days in a row, there’s a Waffle House across the street! 🙄The hot tub was great. And they have an indoor/outdoor pool. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the kickstart but it looked and smelled great! Very nice place. Would definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t get the wifi to work, maybe it was the room I was in or my phone. But still rate it a 10

Breakfast was very good. The complimentary diner was decent, nothing spectacular but filling and hot. Rooms were vey clean as well as facilities. Pet friendly, sorta.

Pet friendly is a stretch, they are allowed yes but you can’t leave them in room. (Even though we put pet in crate if leaving alone for a bit) Also there is a daily $40 cleaning fee even though in our two day stay we did not request a cleaning. Most pet friendly hotels we usually stay at there is no fee or a $10 daily fee. Most likely will not stay again at a Drury, or recommend to our fellow pet travelers.

We loved everything offered and the fun guests that shared your Inn. I have an egg allergy and every morn and afternoon buffet was accommodating! Most importantly the cafe staff was amazing at helping me figure ingredients!! Top restaurants don’t smile when helping me! Ty to all your amazing staff!! We will highly recommend friends and family as we are moving to Nashville and expect them to visit! Indoor outdoor pool an absolute cherry on top❤️

Room was a bit small but we did not spend much time there.

I enjoyed staying at the Drury Inn. It was a nice facility, updated and not too far from the attractions. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, the dinner buffet also the three cocktails. The staff in the dining room were exceptional, very friendly, and made sure you had everything you needed. The pool and the hot tub was great. Also this is a very kid and pet friendly hotel.

I only had one problem and that could have been a miscommunication with me and the front desk. My room was not cleaned the following day and I was informed later that you have to request this service when you were checking in. I don’t remember being informed of that. However I did speak with the cleaning lady on that day before we left and asked her to clean it, but it wasn’t done. Going forward please just make sure we are informed.

Meals and drinks were good.

When we asked for more towels they opened the door and set them on the floor. Odd place for clean towels. Toilet handle was ready to fall off- had to be careful when flushing. Toilet leaked during the night and made a mess.the checkout lady was super nice and friendly. She gave us a credit for the inconvenience of a water mess, even though we hadn’t expected it. That was unexpected and very nice.

The breakfast was very good, upon arrival we also received an kickback and relax ticket to the evening wine/beer/cocktails and food venue. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were soft and comfortable. The location was ok. Service station next door for snacks. Great pool indoor/outdoor. Great hot tub. Overall a great experience.

The staff was VERY welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Managers made you feel like you knew them personally. One of bartendera asked what we did for our day. The bartenders and the buffet staff were all just so nice. Housekeeping was also so attentive. I loved the dinner snacks and cocktail time. Beds were super comfy.

The pool area. I don't know if they need a revamp or to have the filters checked, but the water for both the pool and spa were murky at best. The spa filter area looked rather moldy and like it just wasn't working and the temp was lukewarm. There is also a ceiling fan near the spa that could use a cleaning and repair. It was rather wobbly and really dirty.

Hotel was good. If we ever go back, I will choose it again

I didn't like that I could have saved more than $100 if I would have made my reservation directly with the hotel. The first time I used booking.com, I had a room with bed bugs. This time I was WAY overcharged. I will NEVER book anything through booking.com again and I will highly suggest that nobody else does either.
