Fairfield Inn and Suites Memphis Germantown

The breakfast was a good variety of different food items ready to eat-n-go, due to the pandemic. They had ample napkins, plastic utencils, paper cups with lids, juices and fruits. I would like to have had at least two types of muffin selection. It was good.

I missed my hot breakfast. That's not your fault, because of Covid-19, I'm thankful you are being careful.

I love how quickly I'm able to check in and everything about the stay is what's expected.

I always stay at the same hotel when I'm in Memphis and I always request an upper floor room but apparently no one knows what that means because I always end up on the first floor. I don't make a big deal because I'm only going to be there for a couple of hours. Another thing,I don't like,is how long it takes for the pre-authorized charge to be released back to my card. Other than that it's a great stay.

Everything about this place was great. We were passing through Memphis with a sick 18m old. Fever was high so we took her to emergency room. I have three other kids so I got the room for them a place to sleep. Staff was very understanding since I didn't check in till around 3 in the morning, they gave us a couple hrs past check out time to get some rest. We liked it so much we stayed two more nights.

Clean , front desk staff nice and efficient. Good parking available.

Sink area low lighting was unacceptable. If you choose to have minimal lighting you need a nice lighted make up mirror for my wife. Also the adjacent closet area was so dark you couldn’t pick out your clothes from suitcase. This area was the poorest lit area that I’ve ever seen in a hotel room.

Jam was amazing! She was so kind understanding and very sweet! She made feel very welcomed. Their needs to be more associates like her especially when you are dealing with the public and people one on one. I will be coming back whenever I am traveling to the area. And the person I would love to see again is Jam!

The room was comfortable and the amenities in the room exceptional. The room was quite compared to other hotel stays. We did not hear other guest nor the trains despite being right across the street from tracks or air traffic from the landing path of the near by airport. Exceptionally close to the family members we were visiting.

We would have liked a better selection for breakfast. We understand that Covid-19 policies may have prevented items like fresh fruit, eggs, or a waffle maker, but thought there could have been a wider variety of individual wrapped or covered options along with bottled juices.

I left out to go visit with family early that morning when I returned about 10 cleaning lady had already started cleaning my room before I checked out. in all my years that has never happened to me before and I’ll not happy about that, everything else was great.

Everything was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, there wasn’t any noise, the breakfast was hot and good

I have no complaints

Breakfast was nice. Lady behind desk was outstanding sorry cant remember her name.and the man i think he was a cleaner or maintenance man.

Pool area could have been a bit quieter but because there was children in ther that is understandable.

The people were friendly, especially KeaKea who went above and beyond to make sure we knew about the amenities and where they were along as attractions around close

Only complaints is no exercise equipment besides a treadmill and the hot tub was freezing cold
