Holiday Inn Express - Tullahoma, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was good, but no creamer or cinnamon rolls on Wednesday morning, waiting for delivery. Poor excuse, grocery store in front.

Charging two different prices for room, and quoted lesser prices without taxes. Tuesday night price was $175.35 and then Wednesday and Thursday night was $191.88, I’m asking for a $33.06 refund. Should have charged Tuesday night rate x3.

Breakfast wasn’t replenished. Breakfast hours were 7-10 we went down around 9:00 and pretty much everything was gone. What was left was either cold or dried out. Cereal and yogurt was still available. The juice machine was disgusting, the drip tray was overflowing. The property would be better off if they didn’t serve breakfast at all.

Staff was extremely friendly upon arrival. The Young Lady checking in the guest was handling a phone call with another guest and was very friendly and respectful while there was a line of other guest trying to check in. She took her time and with each guest to make sure each person received information they needed. Check out was the same way! Rooms were very clean and Beds and pillows very comfy!!! Would definitely recommend and Stay again.

The only downside was the Breakfast. For the fee to be a little over 200.00 a night the Breakfast was a little disappointing in what was offered and several things were out of service.

We only ate breakfast one morning. It was good. I had asked for a bottom room suite. It was nice . Just hated it was close to the lobby. It was a little noisy late at night.

It would have bee nice if there would have been lights next to the couch and not on the wall across from the couch. The toilet paper was thin. For the price of the room top toilet paper would be nice.

We loved everything about our stay. It was very clean, bed was comfy, pool was fun. I would definitely stay here again. Nicest hotel in the area for sure.

Went for breakfast at 9 (it's 7-10) and they were out of biscuits and gravy. There were a couple groups that arrived after me that were disappointed as well and it was never refilled. It would be nice to see more effort in keeping it stocked till 10am.

Facility looked fairly new. It was very clean and well kept. Floyd was working the front desk when we checked in and checked out. He was very friendly and nice, told me about some nice restaurants we might want to try and told about the continental breakfast they have each morning which was very good. I appreciated him talking to me about the local area since this was the first time here for us. Thanks Floyd!

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like. I would definitely stay here again if I come back.

This was our first time to stay at a Holiday Inn Express and it was wonderful. Comfortable beds, nice breakfast and the location was good being right off the main road. I would recommend eating at The Whiskey Trail BBQ and Steakhouse while in town.

perfect location, beds were super comfortable, our floor was quiet and showers were hot!

parking was a bit limited and it was hard figuring out how to get to the back parking lot. Not that serious an issue though

Breakfast was very good.

Rooms could have been more sound proof. You could hear everything outside in the hall because of the gap in the door. People were having breakfast on the patio while we were still in bed and we could hear every word they said.

Ran out of food for breakfast to fast. Stayed for 3 nights and Bacon was not available for the whole weekend. Could use different breakfast items like Bananas and waffle iron
