Best Western Plus Medical Center

Facilities were practically new! Smooth, friendly check in ... quick, uncomplicated check out. Great breakfast - eggs, link sausage, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, fried potatoes, plus lots of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, etc., plus waffles!!! Something for every taste or diet. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Everything was very clean. Other amenities were available, but not used. Very close to shopping (Walmart), restaurants (4 or 5 steak houses within 5 minutes), and a Starbucks less than 2 miles away! Will definitely stay here again the next opportunity.

There was no TV guide in the room.

I liked that we could have just a shower since my husband had knee surgery and he felt comfortable in this room. We were staying here again since it is midway between Austin and Fort Collins. It was funny that we stayed in the same room going and coming.

There is only one thing I disliked and that is not small sofa was in the room to sit. A chair with a foot rest was great, but the only other place to sit was in a office chair.

The breakfast was OK - there was hot food. There was a lot of hand sanitizer around. The room was comfortable, and so was the bed. Spacious bathroom with plenty of towels. Nice to have a fridge and microwave.

No signs about wearing masks, (even at a hotel advertising it's near a medical center), so many people didn't. Employees were not all masked, and those who were had masks below their noses, so not effective. At other hotels, we have never had an extra charge for "incidentals" held on our credit card at checkin before, and this was not expected or comfortable. The charges were removed the next morning at checkout, but it felt like they didn't trust us as guests.

Excellent reception staff (Cinthia and Tammy). Super comfy room and bed, great shower. Delicious options for breakfast and the coffee, cereal and yogurt that is available for 24hours is greatly appreciated.

Only complaint is that the walls seem a bit thin and the room can be a bit noisy due to other guests in halls and rooms.

The hotel was great for what I needed. It was clean, comfortable, easy to get to, and quiet. The room was very large and gave me room to sprawl.

I have no complaints about the hotel. My only comment would be that it's like every other room I've ever been in - it's not very bright with the lights on.

Great update on a classic hotel brand. They've done a great job rebranding BW and upgrading their style. The room was huge, room enough for a dance party or a sofa. King size bed was comfy and the shower was stocked. Great bathroom/shower and lots of room to stretch out. ABOVE ALL- breakfast in the morning was superb and the gentleman working was an expert! He did not stop moving, gave excellent service, and made sure to say hello to everyone coming in. He put the experience at a 10 and deserves a handsome raise <3

The king room could have used a sofa and coffee table.

Breakfast choices were excellent. Enjoyed the automatic pancake making machine. Room was great, bathroom great, bed was comfortable. Location was easy to access. Price was excellent.

Breakfast eggs were too salty. Sheer curtains in dining area did not block the eastern sun, so it was very bright.

It was clean and looked to be brand new. The customer service was great!

The breakfast was subpar. And the gent working in the breakfast area was a bit aggressive about the consumers touching things. It made it hard to sit back and enjoy the food. I don’t think it was I’ll intended.

Everything was great, we ended up booking one extra night because of the winter storm and the ladies at the front desk were really nice to help us and gave us the same nice price.The rooms are clean, the pool is nice, breakfast great.Close to I 40 exit, and really nice restaurants. We enjoyed staying there!The most important thing the smell is of a new or freshly remodeled building not the wierd old buildings smell that you get sometimes in hotels

Súper comfy rooms. But the best asset is the staff! At reception desk Tammy, Cynthia and Brianna have been super helpful, concerned with guests well-being. And Ted in the breakfast area is super sweet, always asking if I am doing fine and if I need anything. Kudos to all your staff!!
