Homewood Suites by Hilton Amarillo

Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Everything was clean and modern with all the amenities I could ask for and then some! We had free bottled water, unlimited bags of ice, a spacious dining area in the lobby to have a small family reunion. The coin laundry was very reasonable priced and available on two floors. The staff was so friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. I loved the keyless entry too.

The washer on our floor was out of commission. We saw a couple of bugs but it is the middle of summer and very dry. The trash can in the kitchen could have been a bit bigger to accommodate our needs.

They really need to replace ALL their appliances. Fridge, microwave, and garbage disposal all run very loud. And the washer in thd laundry on the 3rd floor was so loud I could hear it at thr opposite end of thr hall. I couldn't even be in the same room with it until it turned off.

Rooms were spacious and the suite was a true suite with a locking bedroom door, great for privacy. Free coffee in the lobby and coffee makers in rooms were appreciated. AC worked great and beds were comfortable.

The outdoor pool was closed for some reason l, although we were able to use the indoor pool of the hotel next door. We chose this place specifically because of the outdoor pool though. Breakfast was grab and go because of Covid, so no waffles, but it was still pretty good. One room smelled weird but they sent someone up to spray air freshener which helped a lot.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and very well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly setup and had all you need.

The location made it difficult to understand how to turn around. Found out you have to drive through parking lots to get to main roads. Bathroom fan doesn’t work, so the room eventually became humid.

Front desk staff was exceptional. Very warm and friendly. So glad she was there when I trudged in after the long day. She will be why people keep coming back to you. I don't recall her name. Sorry. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Great night's sleep.

Have stayed at this location before. The hotel is very good and would have received highest praise if they had resumed having breakfast. Traveling through, breakfast was always a great perk. I understand covid concerns but the time has come to start providing that service again.

Very clean and spacious room. We stayed in a king bed studio room. The hotel was in a very convenient location.

No pack n play was available for the duration of our 3 night stay. Our one year old had to sleep on the pull out couch. The breakfast had very limited options.

I enjoyed the size of the room and the nice kitchen. Also appreciated being in a clean quiet and a safe place. The tables were large enough for me to get my things organized and I really appreciate that.

I miss having brighter lighting, nowadays the LEDs make me feel like the room is A little too dem. The closet was a little small. The bathroom mirror lighting seemed a little odd as it did not provide adequate light on my face.

The room was very spacious, really clean, the price was amazing.

There isn't anything we didn't like about the room. It was fantastic

mattresses are not comfortable. 1 bedroom king suite is not as big as other Homewood suites in other towns. price is too high

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Great proximity to restaurants.

We booked four rooms for our family and room 302 had a rattle or noise coming from the return air duct. It kept our daughter and her family up the entire night.
