The location was easy to get to. The building is beautiful inside and out. It is well appointed and extremely clean. I have never seen so many guests sit in the common areas enjoying themselves. Every employee that I met was welcoming, accomodating, very friendly and helpful. Management, front desk, breakfast personnel, the wonderful housekeepers and maintenance were very good. Such an excellently trained and stellar staff. Our room was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Very pretty interior design throughout the property. The free breakfast was very good and a cut above what I've seen in other places. There are so many choices. Lisa and Anna at the front desk were especially great and made us feel very welcome. The swimming pool and hot tub are awesome as well. I really enjoyed that room very much. We felt very safe and were able to get the rest we really needed. Best hotel in Amarillo. We will definitely stay again. 10 out of 10!

I really didn't like that we couldn't stay longer. The only thing I really noticed is that in room 123 the dishwasher needs to be installed better. When I tried using it, it would tip forward out of its little cubby hole, insulation and all. There was a very bad narrow ditch stretching from the Fifth Season Inn going all the way across the main entrance and has the potential to cause damage to cars.

The suite is better than the VRBO apartment I had recently stayed in ! It’s new and fantastic with stove, and large grills outside. The staff makes dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday for guests with free drinks, which we did not know about until after we returned from our dinner at a restaurant. And they serve breakfast in the price.

Nothing! Beds were super comfortable. the only odd thing is driving up, there isn’t a very obvious check in door. We drove around the building and realized there was only one entry, so that had to be the check in. Once inside, it has a great vibe.

From the moment you pull into the very well lit parking lot that’s super clean and see the outdoor sitting area and lighting it looks great. Entering the lobby it’s again well lit and super clean. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional. The place is super clean and just nice and well done. The hallways have LED bright lighting and good colors. Then there’s the room. What a positive surprise.The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked and again great colors and well designed. Nice decor and beds were nice and comfy. Bathrooms were well designed and super clean. I’ve stayed in a ton of hotels over last 30 years for business and had a ton of disappointments. This place was the nicest I’ve been to in dozens of years. For the price it’s an extreme value. I will always look for this company for future travel-business or pleasure.

Breakfast was okay - nothing special

The fact that your website said it had an electric charger for my car and it did not. They compensated by reducing the price of the room but your website needs to get fixed. We had other hotels to chose from with the electric charge available. In fact we are now at another hotel very expensive because of expecting an electric charger and other than saying they would charge us a night fee and we had to cancel through you we are staying here for 2 nights. I will never use your sight to book rooms again because your site does not fulfill the requirements that I need.

Great location. Great room. Comfortable beds. I appreciated the gym and the oatmeal bar was great with lots of choices for toppings!

The only thing I didn’t like was their over the top charge of $75 for one night for my dog. That was almost what I paid for my room. It’s way too much - especially since the price for a pet is unknown until you get to the hotel! It definitely would have factored into my decision to stay, despite how great the hotel was.

Loved the kitchenette, didn't stay long enough to utilize it completely but was very convenient. I enjoyed the member appreciation party, it was nice to have snacks and hang out in the dining area.

It wasn't obvious where the entrance was so, I ended up parking twice. A sign or arrows would be great to avoid confusion, with the limited space I'm sure it's hard to accommodate a structural queue. Maybe window decals or something of that nature so it doesn't take away from the decorum.

Breakfast was amazing. They did a wonderful job and stocked it with a wide variety of food. They even had oat milk for my kids who can’t have milk which is super rare. Coffee is strong and never runs out! Yes! The pool is clean, very pretty at night with the changing light colors. Salt water is very refreshing after driving all day. This place is a awesome. Nice staff as well. We felt very comfortable here with my toddlers .

Our bathroom door didn’t work , so I had to keep jamming a towel to make it shut for showered and using the bathroom with our family of 4 which was frustrating.

This is a very pretty, new, and clean hotel. The rooms are fresh and modern and include full and well-appointed kitchenettes, all the way down to the cutest salt and pepper shakers. The bathrooms are large and nice and include Paul Mitchell products, beautiful finishings, and clean showers. Although the facility is painfully understaffed (as are most hotels now), the staff who are there are very polite and work extremely hard. Josh checked us into three rooms very quickly and efficiently and was so nice. The parking lot is also well lit (think: stadium lighting!) and feels safe and secure. The hotel is very dog-friendly but does not feel dingy like many pet-friendly hotels do. Instead, they have used lots of hard, easy-to-clean surfaces, and all the bedding, linens, and dishes are bright white.

We could hear every step in the room above us, all the way until midnight. To be fair, those people must have had three or four very energetic children in training to be pole vaulters. My biggest concern was a fire alarm that went off at 7 am, not the alarm itself, which is a good thing, but the complete lack of direction from hotel staff. Again, because of understaffing, if that had been a real fire, many people would have died because no one in the hotel offered any instructions. We were on the third floor, and although my family quickly evacuated, many others never left their rooms or just stood awkwardly in the hallway. No staff ever entered the third floor. The hotel needs to train the staff who are there to offer instructions on every floor in the case of an emergency.

The rooms are large and well equipped. There are cool little amenities, like a lap tray you can use in the easy chair. There's a barbecue outside. We noticed that a lot of touring bands stay there. When we showed up the entire Kid Cudi tour was staying there. I can see why. It's a VERY good value. The lobby is really large and comfortable. The woman at the desk was very nice, too. 11/10, would stay here every day.

Honestly I can't think of anything. It's the best value I've found on Booking.com maybe ever.

The inside of the hotel was what we expected. All really good. Liked the bathroom and large shower. Bed was good, but linens were hard to deal with moving around instead of fitting properly.

Did not like the location - too crowded by the other hotel right outside the front door. Outdoor area in the front not protected from the parking lot and lots of noise with cars coming and going.
