The Executive Inn & Suites

Room was large and had a kitchenette. There were plenty of restaurant options and it was conveniently located right off the highway. For the value, in the area, you will be getting the best price.

Area was a bit risque…..but security was good. Breakfast bar: You have to be an early bird here…….the staff stops refreshing it in the last hour that it is open.

Owners very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable Since COVID the hotel industry has dipped in professionalism I have found in my travels..the management here show customers are appreciated. For this I thank them and will let others know about them.

Could restripe parking spots so people would only park in one instead of across two But I really could not find fault with anything . I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the early checkin they provided me

I like that they have no check-in cutoff time. Before booking at this hotel, I booked a room at another hotel down the street using the booking.com app and their check-in cutoff time was at 10 p.m. I arrived late to that hotel at 11:30 p.m. after driving the whole day from Detroit Michigan to Amarillo, only to find out my room had already been given away. I even emailed that hotel and explained my situation and asked if they could hold the room for me until I arrived, as my GPS eta stated that I would arrive in Amarillo at 11:30 pm , but they said they had to follow their check-in cutoff time policy and if my room was still available when I arrived, I could have it. So after arriving at that hotel, I was disappointed that my room had already been given away. I decided to use the booking.com app to book my room, a couple of miles down the street, at the Executive Inn Suites where they happily gave me a room that was worth more than what I paid for. I will recommend this hotel, the Executive Inn Suites to all my friends should they stay in Amarillo. The Executive Inn Suites is a wonderful place to stay!

The bathrooms could be a little updated but there were no concerns with plumbing or anything like that.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Has kitchen which is great and price is reasonable. Front desk clerks are nice.

Vent and light to stove doesn’t work which I let front desk know and still waiting for them to fix it. They don’t pick up trash we are responsible for throwing away.

The front desk staff were so friendly in the evening and morning. Our king sized bed was very comfortable. We requested a quiet room and #159 fit the request. I liked the grab and go breakfast of the sausage egg biscuit.

The light switches could use a thorough cleaning but overall was very pleased with the room cleanliness.

Clean, well furnished room and kitchenette. Great value. I searched online for over an hour looking at reviews for cleanliness and this motel had the best reviews in that area. All others at the same price level had poor reviews in recent months (probably due to lack of people willing to work). I will probably be staying here again on my return trip.

The mattress sunk towards the middle.

Not sure what happen but housekeeping forgot to clean room after we told them they could because we were leaving for the day. We'll when we returned 12hrs later, no one clean room.

There was no breakfast. The only thing offered was a continental breakfast— coffee, danish, and a banana.Your coffee Did hit the spot~~ nice feeling!

Everything was satisfactory. Your televisions in your room are set to turn on with CNN—Fake News! No Bueno! Just leave it on a basic, local channel, and we will choose the news channel that’s best for us. Thank You.

Staff was great and very friendly. Room was good size. Loved that it had a kitchen and full sized fridge. Pool was a good size and clean. Room was clean.

Only complaint is, there was oher guests there that were very rude.

I loved the way the staff were very friendly and get whatever needed to be done accomplished. The fact that I was close to a place to eat was very handy since I am on foot most of the time.

I just didn't like the fact that there were bugs crawling around but other than that it was a very professional place to stay at and very cheap as well.
