La Quinta by Wyndham Amarillo Airport

Location is the biggest reason for our stay, driving home from a trip. Place is clean, have stayed here multiple times. It was a pinch lacking on cleanliness this time and lacking a few things in the bathroom but not a biggie. Quiet for sure. Like the big lobby, hang out, eating area. Not the best for any restaurants close by but again not a deal breaker.

Tried to add my Rewards number a few tim s/ ways but seems like I have to do it as an after the fact! They should have been able to add it at the hotel.

Convenient location off of the Interstate, clean, trustworthy

breakfast was weak, afterthought, bland - my room 228 should be a closet - it is next to the ice machine and a loud generator of some sort. It is also the closest room to the highway - all of these things made for a restless sleep

location is great. close to restaurants airport and on the highway so easy to locate

the mattress was too firm for my liking and my bad back had to keep sitting up to release the pain. not a problem of the hotel just my personal experience

The breakfast was pre-package, which was good. I liked how they made accommodation for the ongoing pandemic situation. Nothing special about it though, just standard items.

There was nothing special about the room, its was spacious, comfortable and clean, nothing more. The staff did take into account our request for a ground floor room with easy access to the exit and we really appreciate that.

The hotel was nice, clean & looked new. The staff was nice & helpful. The breakfast was good with a good selection. It was also very pet friendly, many guest had their dogs with them.

I wish it had a little more parking available.

The breakfast was very good, we enjoyed it! The location was exactly what we were looking for and made it easy to get on/off the interstate.

The price is a bit high compared to other similar hotels in the area.

Staff was very professional and helpful. Easy access on and off the Highway. Lots of places in the immediate area to eat. Dog friendly

Due to staffing shortages and covid, breakfast was a bag of fruit, granola bar, mini muffin and water. It was disappointing.. Wanted a walk in shower due to disability, couldnt get one. Thankfully there was a large grab bar in the tub area.

Location was nice, quiet & highway close. Grounds were well kept. Appreciated the dog area with the doggy poop bags if needed. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection. Also appreciated the later hours for breakfast as well. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean and up to date. The water in the swimming pool was nice and warm.

It was pretty far on the east side of Amarillo but Amarillo isn’t that big so traveling across town wasn’t a hardship.

Plenty of parking. Nice, newer facilities. Clean rooms.

I booked for a family of 5. We had beds for 4 (2 double beds). We made it work, but we paid extra for no good reason. Most of the equipment in the gym didn't work. Air con was very loud.
