Motel 6-Amarillo, TX - Airport

The stay was nice. Great people from the front desk to the maid service. My room was clean and the bed was great. I will absolutely stay here again

I didn't like the noise from the interstate just outside my door. The traffic noise is certainly not the fault of the motel! On my next visit I will request a room on the other end of the property to reduce the traffic noise.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price or location, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and quick. The room had a little bit of wear such as minor paint scratches, but smelled and looked very clean. I stayed a single night passing through Amarillo and I definitely felt I got the best value for my money

The key cards can be a little confusing. It’s kind of hard to tell how to use the card at first glance. I figured it out after a minute but had to help someone else who was booked next to me.

The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very pleasant and easy to work with. It was also very convenient. We were able to go to all the places we wanted to go in a short time. All this at a very reasonable price.

Our room was on the side closest to the freeway, and it could get very loud at times.

The rooms are well taken care of the property looks like it was well maintained and looks like this motel owner takes pride and his business compared to some of the others that I have seen it was just an excellent stay and I got well taken care of by the taxi driver and everybody damn

Oh well I just wish I could have a room that was closer to the front maybe I had to walk a little bit of ways but other than that it was good.

Great location, Our room was quiet even though it on the interstate. Staff very friendly and helpful. We are planning on returning to this Motel 6. Easy to get to Palo Duro Canyon. Just 2 exits down from the Big Texan Steak house (gotta try the lunch menu). Just a couple of blocks from Walmart. Also, there a great taquero that's 4 block north, 2 block west from motel. I like Motel 6 as they have a bathtub.

Even though short staffed every one was working hard and made sure every guest had everything they needed. Every one was super nice and took the time to communicate with guest. We definitely will be staying here again. I had a family vacation of 7 people and it started out horrible being 9hrs from home, but thanks to this hotel and staff it was saved!!

The major down fall was the pool not being open. That is understandable considering we are still dealing with covid. Water situation was out of their control but handled it great and no one went without.

Check-in was easy, fast, and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and I had a quiet night’s rest.

Room had a funky smell at first, but it went away after I turned the air up. Bed could have been a little more firm and comfortable, but I still was able to sleep without issue.

Right off the interstate so very good location. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff very welcoming. I got a very good night of sleep after 10 hours driving that day! 

I found everything to be very satisfactory. No complaints or concerns.

The room was a bit small but comfortable still. Wanted a decent place to stay and it did the job. The bed was soft and allowed my wife and I to enjoy intimacy and resting together. Would definitely book again as long as they clean a bit better. The floors were dirty and got my wife's feet dirty while she walked around barefoot. Would also appreciate it if housekeeping didn't keep trying to come in even after saying we aren't ready to check out.
