the newness my room was really nice
couldn't find my 3 day reservation and instead of trying to figure out what happened Lauren just said you will just have to go somewhere else-we are booked up-you don't have a reservation here. i had all the information and confirmation number that was needed. I asked that the manager come and when she arrived she figured out what happened and found my reservation.

It was clean and the pool and workout room were in working order.
I paid for a king suite but was given two queen room, asked about the mixup and was told deal with booking.com. So, this seems to be a pattern with booking.com. Time and again the site up sells for services the hotel cannot will not provide, then the hotel says sorry no control you have to deal with them. In the future I will look at places on your site but make reservations on my own. Your service is not worth the frustration.

cleanliness of the rooms and hotel and staff friendliness. convenient location - easy on and off the freeway. plenty of eateries and shopping choices close by
there was only one negative: the dresser drawers weren’t level. they would slide out and we placed one of the ottomans in front of them. even with that there was plenty of walkway. that’s a small issue.

The hotel was nice
Accidentally picked burleson instead of Mansfield. Right away we cancelled then sent an email and tried to call for several hours. Several hours later someone answered and said they could only give half a refund because they were full. So we cancelled our plans in Mansfield and headed there. There were hardly any cars. We needed a day away and spent it driving.

This is a great location near many restaurants. The staffs were nice and the breakfast was wonderful!
There was a huge stain on the sofa/bed. Everything else was clean and nice.
